Machine Specification
Processor i7 / Xeon (3.2Hz)
*Nos of cores is irrelevant
Revit uses single core, unless a lot of rendering works
Pc to be well ventilated
OS 64bit 7PRO
* windows 8 not recommended
* unless 8.1 however 7PRO is better
RAM(DDR3) 16GB
ECC ram better
1mb revit 20mb ram machine
Limit 200mb revit file to work comfortably
Graphic Card
(2GB GDDR3)
Direct X 11
NVIDEA quodro card good professional concentrate to active softwares
Gaming graphic card ok but if running multiple softwares, not ok i.e CAD,
photshop, etc
