BLOOM TAXONOMY OF OBJECTIVE.

Benjamin Bloom1, in collaboration with 36 teachers at (Boston) America, presented a

TEXONOMY OF OBJECTIVE, in 1948. It is well known through out in the educational world on account
of its significance. According to this taxonomy, objectives of education are classified in the following:

1. Cognitive Domain. 2. Affective Domain. 3. Psychomotor Domain.

The cognitive domain deals with the informatory field of knowledge in education, round which out
present educational system is revolving. The affective domain describes and enables us to determine the
human ‘s aesthetic sense. Moreover, the last one, psychomotor domain gives description of practicality
about the instructional lesson.

The first quarter of this new millennium will enable the existing educational institutions to lead
towards application upon the second one i.e., affective domain. However, the new millennium ideal
educational setup can bring the target more closer, if it may be implemented somewhere. For the time
being, a little bit description, about the 1stst Domain, is given below:

COGNITIVE DOMAIN HAS SIX ASPECTS
