Deliver insight, technical expertise and organizational leadership required to achieve key performance
targets for a worldwide oil and gas exploration and production outfit that also transports, markets
petroleum products. Collaborate with corporate executives to define objectives. Develop engineering
design, cost estimates and detailed plans for building terminals. Control budgets and construction
schedules; award contracts to suppliers, contractors and consultants. Recruit and supervise skilled
trades and support staff. Monitor progress; troubleshoot issues and assure compliance.
 Orchestrated the design and construction of a $10,000,000 asphalt truck terminal in Tampa,
Florida on time and within budget for the Marathon Ashland Petroleum company.
 Directed engineering across 10 light product trucking terminals; managed $10,000,000 in
capital and expense budgets; improved efficiencies and met safety and environmental standards.
 Developed and managed the performance of 50 personnel that included terminal managers,
environment, accounting, human resources and safety specialists.
 Appointed Lead Auditor for joint ventures organized under Marathon Oil Partners; examined
transactions and verified account information at internal and external sites.
