a. Intelligence is the ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skills. It has been defined
in many different ways such as in terms of one's capacity for logic, abstract thought,
understanding, self-awareness, communication, learning, emotional knowledge, memory,
planning, creativity and problem solving.

1. Verbal-linguistic intelligence (well-developed verbal skills and sensitivity to the sounds,
meanings and rhythms of words).

3. Spatial-visual intelligence (capacity to think in images and pictures, to visualize
