Fiinovation, a research based organization is an integrated solution enabler in the corporate social responsibility
(CSR) and sustainability domain. It is focused towards enhancing quality across organizational value chain through
meaningful innovation, thereby ensuring sustainability. Over the last six years, the organization has created a niche

terms of their service deliveries. The organization functions primarily through seven different practices namely, CSRCSO partnership, initiative design, initiative management, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, CSR
portfolio management and sustainability reporting and work with leaders from Healthcare, Information Technology
and Banking. The work is facilitated by a multidisciplinary team which helps understand and identify the core
problem/challenge and facilitate designing of comprehensive policies. Fiinovation understands the relevance of an

Scope of Position:
The Manager will establish network and acquire business from agencies (multilateral, bilateral, unilateral and other
Government Institutions).
Key responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and acquiring new business partnerships w.r.t. development projects from
Government/Governmental Departments/Unilaterals/Bilaterals/Multilaterals

Establish point of contacts and approach Client w.r.t. business acquisition. Attending meetings & giving
presentation

Building, leveraging and sustaining network partnerships, contacts and networking

Research, locate or propose potential opportunities of engagements and converting them to possible leads
for Business partnerships

Understand the scope of work and propose services, Develop, liaison, negotiate, strategies and positions
