life. I think that among all questions related to the human's body, the health
must overcome all other aspects and become the main reference point for
finding the answers. But in practice it is not always so, and very often
people may harm themselves even knowing that they are doing something
wrong.
There are some simple advices, which will help you to save your health,
and to stay healthy you should follow them.
It is important for all of us to stay in good health. At first, remember that the
rational nutrition plays here significant role. The every day food is
supporting our bodies. Thus, it is very important for health to give for body
all it needs with meal. Natural vitamins could be a good solution here.
There are a lot of high-quality vitamins in fresh greens, and non-polluted
vegetables. So, you should have them in your every day ration. They are
useful for adults, as well as for children. If you will not eat any vitamins
then your organism will be weak, and you can easily get sick.
Second important thing you should do is to go in for sport. It is not
necessary must be a kind of professional sport; you just need to spend
more time outside and lead an active way of life. That helps in very big
degree to keep our body strong and healthy, and mind fresh. When you will
not go in sport you can get an obesity that is very bad for the health.
Yet another thing that you should better avoid is smoking and drinking. If
you are ignoring my advice, then you are going to be in big troubles. In this
way you will destroy your health.
I believe that health is very important for you. It is really easy to destroy it,
but then it is very hard, and sometimes even impossible, to rebuild it. So,
that will be wise to take care about your health today. People have free will
to make the choice in favor of health.

A very good morning to our beloved principal, Pn Laila Mohd Noor, senior
assistants, teachers and friends. On this glorious morning, I, Gary Tan the
recipient of this years Best Student Award am going to give a talk on
How to Become a Successful Student. In my speech, I am going to share
with you some tips on how you can be a successful student.
If you want to be successful, you must set goals. Research shows that
people who set goals accomplish more than those who do not. In deciding
your goals, ask yourself What do I want to be? and What do I do to get
there?
Besides, you must be motivated. When you are motivated you will have a
strong desire to do well and to achieve your goals. In addition, you must
pay attention in class. Listen actively and focus on what the teacher is
teaching. If you have disruptive classmates, sit in front of the classroom,
away from them. Always ask questions if you do not understand. Seek
clarifications from your teachers or your friends if you are shy to approach
the former.Another important tip to being a successful student is to be
organised.
You can use a planner or notebook to write down all your assignments
when they are given. This way you will not forget your homework, dates of
tests or projects. Remember, if you are organised you will be wellprepared and you will have less stress. Moreover, you must complete your
homework on time. Homework helps reinforce what you have learnt. It
helps you understand and remember the information.
You must prepare well for exams. A successful student is one who
prepares for exams well in advance, and not at the eleventh hour. If you
study consistently, you will have ample time for revision.Friends, to be a
successful student you must have diverse interests.You should take part in
co-curricular activities in order to become a well-rounded person. These
activities help develop leadership skills and teamwork besides instilling
values like cooperation and tolerance.
Discipline is an important aspect of our lives. No matter where you go or
what you do, you will be subjected to rules and regulations. Hence, it is
crucial that you obey the school rules.

Dear friends,What is success if you lack the common courtesies in life?


Remember,you must respect everyone. You must respect your parents,
your teachers, the school staff and also your friends. You must respect
other peoples feelings and opinions.
There are also several things you must avoid if you want to be a
successful student. You must avoid wasting time. These days many
teenagers spend hours on social networks such as Facebook or playing
computer games. These are a waste of time and will not benefit you in any
way. Remember, Time and tide wait for no man. Also, avoid skipping
school.
Some students feel that school is a waste of time as they can learn better
from their tuition teachers. This is not true. The teachers in our school are
experienced and well qualified. They are also experienced examiners and
they know how to impart knowledge effectively.I have to stop here. I hope

teenagers today)
Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatu.
First of all I would like to praise to Allah SWT for the health that is given to us. And thanks for the
chance to be here to deliver my speech about lifestyle in teenager.
Ladies and gentlemen,
All people have to go through their teenage years. Some of you have already passed this
stage, someone is on the way, and some others still dream about the time when he/she will,
finally, grow up! Nowadays, teenagers have changed in comparison with the teens in the past,
such as, eating habits, an active way of life, spending free time and clothes. Now, Id like to
convey my speech about facing the lifestyle in teenagers today.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Teenager today is a technology generation. For teens in todays world cell phones,
internet, music, movies, television and video games are very important. Teenagers prefer to
spend free time in front of a computer rather than to walk, play football or go to a swimming pool.

They meet with friends in such places as fast food restaurants. Teens eat unhealthy food there.
Every teenager needs a balanced diet, appropriate personal hygiene and physical activities in the
fresh air, for example, playing a ball, going running, swimming, riding bicycle, playing tennis or
walking. Young people have to remember, that a healthy lifestyle requires appropriate
nourishment.
Personal hygiene plays a very important role in healthy lifestyle. Some young people
think that taking a shower once a week, wearing sweaty clothes and splashing over them with a
deodorant is proper, but it is not. Taking a bath twice a day will be useful to make them look fresh.
Everyday toilet will prevent skin diseases as complexion of every person requires systematic
nurturing: washing in soft water, abrasion, creaming and protecting before diseases.
Physical activity also has a large influence on young people lifestyle. It improves health
condition in many ways. It helps the organism to utilize the calories better, which helps to
maintain a desirable weight. The research reveals that regular training among the youth (and not
only, but also by people at any age) is an important factor improving the health.
Another aspect worth mentioning is communication via the Internet, especially using
facebook or twitter has become an essential feature of teens social lives. Their lives arent
completed without accessing those social networks in a day. Teenagers today prefer making
friendship in cyber world than in the reality.
Teenagers clothes in the twenty-first century have also changed a lot. The clothes they
wear depend on current trends since it is important to follow fashion.
Ladies and gentlemen,
All in all, it can be stated that the lifestyle of teenagers depends on many factors. Every
young man should lead a healthy lifestyle independently of age or interests. This should be one of
the things that you do every day. According to many scholars, everyone should try to take the
advantage of this life the best he or she can. Young people should be aware of positive influence
of healthy lifestyle. This in effect would give them better results in studying and what is more
important they would be pleased with good health much longer.

Malaysia can cater visitors of every kind who travel in Malaysia because it has an
excellent tourism infrastructure maintained by the Malaysian Government.
Malaysia has excellence transportation system, hotels, shopping places, nightlife,
variety of food and drinks, festival, outdoor activity and many more. Tourists
who travel to Malaysia to explore the Malaysia holiday spot will welcome with
great hospitality by multi-racial friendly Malaysian natives, and green city soon
they arrive at Malaysia Airport such as KLIA Airport or any other entry point by
sea or land.
Among the popular tourist attractions in Malaysia destination spots such as the
Malaysia capital of Kuala Lumpur, Penang Tourism, the tropical island of
Langkawi, the numerous pristine beaches, the various spot of island and marine
park, the tropical rainforests National Parks that cater the world's oldest tropical
rainforests, the mountain such as the Gunung Kinabalu in Sabah the highest
mountain in South East Asia, the caves such as Niah Cave and Mulu Caves in
Sarawak.

Enjoy geography of Malaysia the wonder of tourist attractions in Malaysia and it


rich and unique such as Malaysia village, Malaysia Culture, Malaysia art, the
unique ecosystem of natural green rainforests National Parks are wonderfully

breathtaking. Not to be missed are Malaysia mountain peaks such as


the Gunung Kinabalu in Sabah the highest mountain in Malaysia, and
also intriguing historical caves such as Niah Cave and Mulu Caves in
Sarawak.

There are plenty of tourist places in Malaysia. The beautiful dive sites, marine
parks and beach havens such as Pulau Payar Marine Park, Pulau Redang Marine,
Pulau Tioman, Pulau Layang-Layang, Pulau Mabul and Kapalai, Labuan and Tunku

Malaysian food is a unique combination of Malay, Chinese, Indian, Eurasian and
Thai cooking. You would be able to enjoy great eating experience, such as from
eastern to western cuisine. But, traditional cuisine of Malaysia is immensely
popular among visitors. Staple delicacies of Malaysia resemble a lot to the Asian
pleasure. Most of the Malaysia cuisine features tropical fruits, seafood and
coconut meal.
