Applicant Zeenat versus Government of Balochistan and undersign

Principal Girls Model High School Mission Road Quetta. You ask for
written objections. I am submitting the following objections and facts
about applicant case.

Response Para 2 of applicant Maqbool Masih was working as sweeper in

Mission Girls High School up to 12th July 2011, the Memorandum No.
1291-92/MHSMR, copy is attached by under sign matter pointed out that
Maqbool Masih disparity in date of birth in his Service Book and Monthly

Pay Slip and NIC (National Identity Card). Date of birth in Pay Slip and
NIC is 1949 from appointment in Govt. job up to July 2011. But in
Service Book the date of birth is 1959 which was doubtful alteration in
date of birth. Undersign asked exact date of birth because Maqbool Masih
was completing age of superannuation and matter of retirement was due. I
written a Memorandum No. 1394, dated 10th December 2011 with Subject
RETIREMENT OF EMPLOYMENT/DIFFERENT IN DATE OF BIRTH
all facts written to higher authority.

During this further process, Secretary Education Reference No.

SO(Mins:5-10/Edn:/2014/2714-15), copy is attached and further copy of
Secretary Finance No. FD.SO.(Pension)1-2/2014/1074 is attached. As Per
S&GAD Department notification No. SORI-I(160) 98-S&GAD/52605369, Date of birth once recorded at the time of joining in Govt. Service
shall be final and no alteration in date of

Response Para 3: As in Para 3 about the change of date of birth through

NIDRA applicant mentioned about the Service Certificate which is issued
by under sign is doubtful. No proper certificate for change in date of birth
is issued according to school record. Secondly no verification is issued in
response of NADRA asked for verification by under sign and also no such
document is attached in applicant appeal. Without coddle formalities
available in record date of birth had been changed from 1949 to 1959 by
NADRA.

In response of Para 7 about Principal refused /denied release the salaries. I

awaited final decision from higher authority according to following
references:

2015. Till final decision of higher authorities the matter remains

In this letter intimated as per Services General Administration Department

Notification No.SORI-I(160)/98-S&GAD/5260-5369 dated 11-12-1998,
date of birth once recorded at the time of joining the Govt. Service shall be
final and no alteration in date of birth of civil servant shall be permissible.
Therefore, the case of foresaid officials are received through letter
returned will the advice to fake action in the light of Government policy.

Secondary Education letter to Director of Education (Schools) Balochistan

Quetta letter No.SO(Mins:)5-10/2014/Edn/242-43 copy is attached. In
above letter response, Director of Education (Schools) written letter to
Memorandum No. A-29/1038-39/EB dated 9th Feb 2011with subject
Retirement of Employees/Different in date of birth with Para 2 take
necessary action in light of Finance Department advice.

The response is awaited the matter is now on your table for justice. It is
therefore in view of about submission this honorable tribunal while
considering above mention facts till final decision about the Maqbool
Masih and date of 1949 to 1959 released of salaries and final retirement
date from services to be accepted. Honorable tribunal may pass order
according to rules, so which will meet the fairly, equity and justice.
