Work Experience: MAF JCB / Credit Initiation as Credit Analyst (From Oct 2008 to till date)

 Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or
lending money.
 Prepare reports that include the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
 Evaluate customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payment history,
and purchase activity.

 Analyze financial data such as income growth, quality of management, and market share to determine expected
profitability of cards.
 Handle pre-approved arrangements.

Abn Amro Bank/ Sales Planning & Strategy as Manager Sales Coordination (From May
2007 to Oct 2008)

 Handling customer complaints related to sales and service issues and reporting directly to the Service Quality
Department and the concerned Heads.
 Besides this, doing trend analysis of the complaints and issues w.r.t. to sales and proposing suggestion and
measures to the respective Managers.
 Managing coordination of daily submissions, approval, and disbursement of all the products comprising of
Personal Loans, Payroll Accounts maintenance, Credit Card, Smart loan, etc, from all the channels including
direct sales and Telesales throughout UAE within applicable TAT, reporting the same to the respective
Managers.
