TWISTING WORDS DIPLOMACY

I had inform the incidents in our Gangotri Apartment, Garia

Garden,Garia, Kolkata-700 084 by the management committee. The
committee always works for self interests but if any one opposes
their views immediately the committee pushed him back. When a
flat owner of aged more than eighty opposes their misdeed
immediately the committee members sacked him and even
detached the generator connection and stopped the lift facilities.
When we came here on 26th January 2006 and my father asked the
committee to show the income and expenditure of the committee
but some members of the committee refused to do so. The
Apartment has two parts and the then committee members belong
to same parts and whatever expenses they made it was on their
parts. This was protested by my father and since then they became
enemy of my father. And from that point they did whatever they
could to defame us. They went to Police, Nagarik Committee and
other organizations to seek their help. They lodge several
Complaints against us to Sonarpur Police station but being a
administrative wings of Government they enquire several times on
their complaints through their staff and they gave their reports, you
may verify the enquire reports from the Sonarpur Police station,
When an S.I came for investigation some of the all the members
twisted the incidents and try to convinced the correctness of their
complaints but in our presence when S.I cross examined the points
immediately they vanished from the spot except dt 11/10/06 the
investigative S.I as per Influence and ….have Nacro Analysis of the
dt SI….which lead to their Moral increase….& our career & family life
ruin(mentally & environment)....

Further, some members are so shameless that to make a group and

support against us the thrice reduced the maintenance charges,
when cost of everything’s are high, resulting collapse of the
maintenance. Generator are lying broken, there are no funds to pay
to the security guards so there are no security at our Apartments,
For non payments of YMC the lifts are inoperative. Our flat is in a
fourth floor and my father is a physically handicapped, both the
knees of my father have been replaced so his movement is limited
he is unable to up and down through ladder and all the matters are
manmade it is due to protest of my father and the old man Sri
G.C.Chatterjee, who protested the committee’s mismanagements so
the committee decided to teach us lesson and one after another
incidents occurs and after June –July 2008 undercover and no
outside movement…….. It is very funny they are doing misdeed
when we protested the group of committee members are began to
shout and went outside and elaborating that we have created the
nuisance. They are more politician than the original politician. The
some had taken leadership to disturb us so that we may left the flat
to other places, when they saw that we are very hardcore person,
my father was an officer in State Bank at Bihar and came here for
regular check-up of his knees told that you never be broken with
their misdeed and day will come and everything’s will be settled. It
becomes intolerable day by day. When they saw that after such
types of misdeed they are doing yet we never decided to left the flat
then out of fear three flat owners left the flat and settled to other
area and from that area they are instructing the other members to
continue to create problems. Many times my ADMIT CARD for
examinations are misplaced and I am unable to appear in the
examination and till now they are doing this practice 80% of letters
are misplaced. Registered and couriers are not allowed to use the lift
to 4th floor and many times they told the couriers ,postman that we
have left the apartment. We have so many proofs on the post
packets where the couriers and postman written their comments”
SHIFTED”.

On 15th August 2006 when the committee members were hoisting

the flag my father watched flag was not correctly hoisted and the
National Anthem was going on- immediately he pointed out the
matter , the duty guard immediately began to down the flag my
father, walk with a stick for support, raised the sticks ;pointed out
the guard, the other committee members to suppressed their crime-
yes it is crime when you hoisted the National flag upside down-
began to shout that my father try to beat the guard with the stick
and since then no flag hoisting ceremony are remain closed at our
Apartment.

Recently we are facing another problem. Since one and half year
some persons, said to be the recovery agent of different banks
{ICICI,ING VYSYA,HDFC,STANDARD CHARTERED BANK….etc are
knocking our door asking the whereabouts of my next door neighbor
Sri Probal Sen(4D),one of the main leader of the committee, who one
day quietly fled away from the flat and other persons spread rumour
that out of fear from us Sri Sen had left the flat} began to
threatened us why we don’t know his where about. Actually we don’t
know where he is -the recovery agents from different banks
regularly knocking our door for asking Sri Sen’s whereabout.Then we
began to gather some information’s regarding Sri sen.After he left
this apartment they fled one place to another and lastly he sold this
flat the actual address he written in the bank’s records. On 17th
ICICI* & 28th JULY* 2009 another recovery agent came from ABN
AMRO again knocked our door and asked Sri Sen’s whereabouts
lastly my father compelled the threat if again knocked our door we
have no option but to complaint against him to police. We took his
mobile no. as 9836869788 & *Standard Chartered Bank dt 21/08/09
mobile no as 9836962920.The Renter of the said flat 4D became
very fearful on the recovery agent’s threatening so they left the flat
and went to other flat.

These are main matters, there are many more to defame us. They
went to police, Party,Nagarik committee and other sources but
everywhere they failed. At least truth has some force, so they, the
untruth, failed, now they are taking help from some local club, on
the strength of what you know, being a high police official and let us
see how long we can tolerate the manmade troubles and seeking
your help to save us from this trouble.

Everything is their preplanned to harass us and they as per show off

in group are trying to Divert the main incident’s…..

Please do check previous emails along with their attachments send

solution under a good leadership with logic ……please don’t pass
years after years-----want peace rather than these “SLOW

torture us in the month of April – June and October To December
cause - distract us from our exam?????3yr lost valuable and
mentally & physiologically………..Sir OC sir is Genuine and good but I
understood political pressure which several time in Nagric
Committee meeting its Lower cadets had openly said and same we
had found. So if any unto wards incident occurs in our family for
these Politics and dt incident wrong judgments by influence, the
Investigation SI would be held responsible.
