Four basic principles (1)

Simple, sure and reliable

Rotary UPS/CPS concept invented and patented by Hitec
Power Protection in 1969
Rotary UPS/CPS = static UPS + standby generator
Fewer components than static UPS
Smaller footprint than static UPS
Easy installation & operation
Long lifespan (>25 years)

Line-interactive system
Rotary UPS/CPS run in parallel with utility power
Life-guarding mission critical processes
No power conversion

Four basic principles (2)

Active filter (choke coil + generator)

Compensation utility voltage deviations

Filtering of utility borne harmonic voltages
Filtering of load borne harmonic currents
Power factor improvement (>0.98)

Environmental friendly system

Most energy efficient UPS/CPS system

Use of stored kinetic energy
No batteries required, no chemical waste
No conditioned battery room required, saving space and energy
for ventilation and cooling
Lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
