FAQ

FAQs regarding TMS are as follows.

1. Q : After registering a content in the resource category, the message unable
to find the content comes out.
A: There is great potential to have included special letters (ex: {},[],(),&, etc) that are
unrecognized as a file-name of the uploaded contents. First, delete the registered
content in the list. After revising the file-name not including special letters using
Windows Explorer, register it again.

2. Q: There is a playback - problem that the contents dont play back well,
which played back well before.
A: When rendering contents in Windows O/S, it uses K-Lite integrated codec. The
problem can come out by the codec-collision, in case the other integrated codec is
installed or the codec that is provided from other media players is installed in the
TMS set-up condition.
First, after uninstalling the additionally installed codec, execute TMS again. If it
doesnt work, uninstall TMS and install TMS again.
A: In case a Flash file plays back in Android O/S, by removing memory the problem
could happen.
Memory couldnt be removed in case the playback duration of the flash file is too
short. Turn off and on the product power.

3. Q: The recent revised layout is not applied to the previously made schedule.
A: A schedule file has content or layout information which was registered at the
beginning. Its because it works with a schedule file without referring to a content
or layout registered in DB.
However, even though a content or layout is revised after creating a schedule, the
previously created schedule is not automatically reflected.
Create a new schedule in order to reflect a newly revised layout or content into the
schedule.

FAQ

4. Q: Although Player is updated, it doesnt play.

A : There are two products of the player for Windows and Android. Playbackproblems can occur in case Android Player is updated with USB created for
Windows.
A: Check the select of the group in the process of Make USB.
The group-name used in Make USB shall be the same as the groupname created in the Schedule menu.

5. Q: Even though USB memory is inserted into Player, it isn't updated.

A: Player, which is once updated by USB memory, is not updated since the USB
memory has information about the update information of the Player.
Therefore, using TMS, re-create the USB memory, or by connecting a
removable disk to PC, delete the done folder in the eye_view folder. And
then insert the USB memory to Player.
