DEEPAK KAPOOR APPOINTED AS PRESIDENT, CREDAI -WESTERN

New Delhi: In a recent event organized by real estate developers apex body CREDAI held at
New Delhi; Mr. Deepak Kapoor, Director of Gulshan Homz, was elected as the President of
CREDAI for the Western U.P. region. Established in 1999, The Confederation of Real Estate
Developers Associations of India, known as CREDAI is the apex body for private real estate
developers in India, representing over 11,000 developers through 23 states and 152 city level
member associations across the country.
CREDAI Western U.P is the association of nearly 50 leading real estate developers in the
Western U.P and its primary role is to act as an interface between the developers, customers and
the government bodies at a policy level as well as the media. Mr. Deepak Kapoor has been
associated with CREDAI from past many years. He is actively participating in all seminars and
meetings of CREDAI and putting forward his valuable points in all the discussions. Mr. Kapoor
looks after the sales and marketing division of Gulshan Homz where he ensures to bring new and
innovative strategies of sales and marketing along with the best customer relationship strategies
in his office and now planning to introduce the same for all CREDAI members.
As the new President of the association, Mr. Deepak Kapoor aims at developing a good image
of realtors in society. He identified the need to change perceptions of people for real estate
industry. He is also aiming to promote CSR initiatives in real estate. The key task is to bring
transparency and timelines for the work. Other things to improve upon are the labor welfare,
customer relationship and support of real estate towards Clean India Mission. It is also important
to make sure that developers fulfill their responsibilities towards the society in a translucent and
fair manner so that there is good understanding between developers and the customers said Mr.

Mr. Deepak Kapoor has strong leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills. He has
been the man behind the tremendous success of Gulshan Homz. The dynamic personality of
Mr. Kapoor infuses a natural ingenuity and vivacity to the culture of the company. As an
excellent team leader, he has been on the fore-front of leading the company to its success. With
an experience of over two decades in the real estate industry, he has acquired a keen business
sense that provides the necessary impetus to the business activities of Gulshan Homz. Gulshan
Homz under the guidance of Mr. Deepak Kapoors has been growing at a pace which surpasses
all the industry speculations.
