1. When just arrived at the scene and there are many victims thus, Rescue Team
1 coordinates with Medical Team regarding the victims evacuation and reporting to
Incident Commander.

2. Rescue Team evacuates those victims and medical team takes first aid as meets
priority:
- Helping 2 persons with serious burns at the scene of explosion.
- Helping 4 persons from the community who get medium and minor burns at the
scene.
- Evacuating 3 casualties at the scene as the perpetrators of Illegal Tapping.
3. The victims with serious and medium burns brought by ambulance straight to the
nearest hospital to have further medical treatment.

On Scene Commander orders the Auxiliary Fire Team to conduct fire fighting towards
the 3 houses of community using Water Crash Tender completed with 3 units water
Sprayer Nozzle 2,5.
For the fired oil bursts then Fire Brigade doing fire fighting using Water Crash Tender Fire Brigade
completed with Water Sprayer Nozzle 2,5 but it is not successfully extinguished due
to the oil is so wide spread.
On Scene Commander coordinates with Pump House Supervisor to stop pumping On Scene Commander
activity and shut off the discharge valve for stopping the oil bursts.

Based on concerning the size of open fire which is 12 m height and situation as well
as the condition of the hectic road therefore to fasten the fire fighting operation, On
Scene Commander commanding fire brigade to do fire fighting by using Foam Crash
Tender by utilizing Foam Monitor/Branch Pipe thus the fire can be extinguished
rapidly.

Pumping activity and shutting off the valve is accomplished and then On Scene
Commander ask for Technical Maintenance to clamp temporary in order to stop the
oil bursts.
To prevent from back fire, the HSE Officer and Security conducting:
- Testing and monitoring the Hydrocarbon gas condition regularly.
- Controlling the ignition source that can emerge sparking at the vicinity area.
- Controlling the traffic to stay away from oil spill.
