Produzir equipamentos de energia alternativa que gerem


excelente desempenho e o mnimo de emisses poluentes,
oferecendo aos clientes a mxima satisfao, menor custo,

Atualmente a Argentina um dos lderes mundiais em nmero


de veculos convertidos para gs metano veicular (GNV).
No incio, quando o pas decidiu implantar o gs metano
como combustvel alternativo, o mercado experimentou
uma necessidade crescente de equipamentos de converso
que fossem fabricados com tecnologia, qualidade e preos
reduzidos. Foi por esta razo que SGV foi fundada em
1997 na cidade de Crdoba. A slida misso da SGV, que
se fundamenta na reduo de emisses poluentes de uma
forma sustentvel para o nosso planeta, ajudou a empresa
a receber apoio financeiro do governo do estado e tambm
o suporte de instituies tecnolgicas estatais atravs da
colaborao dos grupos I + d. Assim, foi possvel desenvolver
e fabricar produtos inovadores com a magnfica aceitao do
mercado.
Como resultado da excelente relao custo-benefcio dos
produtos fabricados, as vendas no mercado interno se
expandiram rapidamente. Nos anos seguintes, a empresa
comeou a exportar para vrios pases da Amrica do Sul e
sia. Assim iniciou um processo de expanso internacional,
e em 2005 fundou a primeira sede do SGV no Brasil,
localizado no estado de Santa Catarina. O processo de
internacionalizao continuou em 2009 com a abertura
da unidade de produo e montagem de componentes
eletrnicos em Zhongshan, China.
Hoje a SGV compe o grupo de empresas lderes do mercado
global no segmento de combustveis alternativos para a
utilizao veicular. A empresa produz uma linha completa de
sistemas de converso para o gs lquido e gs metano (GPL
e GNC), capaz de atender a todas as necessidades, desde
os sistemas simples de veculo a carburador at sistemas
altamente sofisticados com injeo sequencial equipado

SGV History

Com o objetivo de melhorar a tecnologia da produo,


reduzir custos e incrementar o lanamento de novos
produtos, a SGV est automatizando todas as suas unidades
de produo com sistemas de robotizados de ltima gerao.
Today Argentina is one of the world leaders converted vehicles to
natural gas (CNG). In the beginning, when the country decided to
implement natural gas as an alternative fuel, the market experienced
a growing need for conversion equipment that were manufactured
with quality, technology and prices. It was for this reason that SGV
was founded in 1997 in the city of Crdoba. The SGV solid mission,
which is based on reducing pollutant emissions in a sustainable
way for our planet, helped our company to receive financial support
from government and technological state institutions through I + D
collaboration groups. Because of this it was possible to develop and
manufacture innovative products with superb market acceptance.
As a result of excellent cost-benefit of manufactured products, sales
in the domestic market expanded rapidly. Then in the following years,
the company began exporting to several countries in South America
and Asia. With this began a process of international expansion,
and in 2005 founded the first SGV in Brazil, located in the state of
Santa Catarina. The internationalization process continued in 2009
with the opening of the production unit and assembly of electronic
components in Zhongshan, China.
Today SGV is part of a group of companies in the global market leaders
in the alternative fuels for vehicle segment. The company produces a
full range of conversion systems for LPG and compressed natural gas
(LPG and CNG), capable to satisfy every conversion needs, starting
from the simple carburetor vehicle systems to highly sophisticated
systems to sequential injection equipped with OBD2 diagnostic.
Currently a result of improved production technology is reducing costs
and increase the time to market of new products, is automating all the
SGV production units with arm robotic systems.

Eles so dispositivos eletrnicos que permitem a escolha de


combustvel para uso em veculos convertidos a gs (GNV ou GLP).
Esto em conformidade com todas as normas de segurana para o
gs veicular, tambm incorporam o sistema de segurana safety
que executa o corte de gs ante um desligamento acidental do
motor e o modo de emergncia que permite a partida direta a
gs quando o motor est impossibilitado no combustvel original.
Esta famlia de comutadores integra: o sensor de nvel SCN3 para
uso com gs natural (GNV) e o sensor de nvel SCN4 para uso com
gs liquefeito (GPL).

They are electronic devices that allow the selection of


fuel for use in vehicles converted to gas (CNG or LPG).
These switches comply with all safety regulations for
gas vehicles, also incorporating the system safety that
performs gas cutting accidental engine shutdown and
function emergency that enables direct ignition gas
engine when it is impossible in the original fuel.
This family of switches is integrated with the level sensor
SCN3 to use natural gas (CNG) or the level sensor SCN4 to

do sensor Lambda original do veculo quando usado com gs
(GNV ou GLP), evitando assim, que ocorra avaria na unidade
de controle eletrnico (ECU) e que se acenda a luz de Check
Engine do painel de instrumentos.

Todas as simulaes da sonda em um nico
mdulo.
Lambda MAX um simulador de sonda lambda eletrnico que
usa chaves de seleo, presentes no mesmo mdulo, permite
programar um grande nmero de sinais que simula vrios
estados de lambda (mistura mdia, mistura varivel, mistura
rica, mistura pobre, sonda aberta). Usando um controlador
manual, tambm presente no mesmo mdulo, possvel
variar os tempos em rico e pobre de qualquer simulao de
mistura varivel.

Resolva problemas de partida nos veculos
Flex-Fuel.
SFLEX um simulador de sonda lambda eletrnico que restaura
o valor original do tempo de injeo (Ti), assim, consegue manter
o motor dentro dos parmetros normais independentes do uso de
etanol ou gasolina, evitando dessa forma que ocorram avarias e
apaream problemas, principalmente quando o motor est frio.
Este simulador est destinado para motores que utilizam
biocombustveis ou chamados de Flex-Fuel, no entanto, tambm
possvel escolher entre vrios tipos de simulaes pr-configurados.
Podemos estender seu aplicativo para qualquer veculo.
Para um ajuste perfeito do SFLEX para os diferentes parmetros

SFLEX is an electronic lambda emulator which restores to the
original values the injection time (Ti) of the original ECU of the
vehicle, thus manages to keep the engine within the normal
parameters independently of being using ethanol, petrol or gas,
avoiding to happen malfunction and starting problems mainly
when the engine is cold.
This emulator this designed for engines that use biofuels
or so-called Flex Fuel. Also it is possible to choose between
various types of pre-configured simulations, we can extend its
application to any vehicle.
For a perfect adjustment of SFLEX to the different parameters of
the engine, it is used the powerful configuration SMARTLambda

Lambda MAX is an electronic emulator that using selection keys,
present in the same module, allows you to program a large number
of signals that simulate various states of the lambda sensor (mixing
average, mixing variable, mixing rich, mixing poor, open probe). Using
a manual controller also present in the same module it is possible to
vary the times in rich and poor of any simulation of mixing variable.

EIE600 um simulador de injeo eletrnica para motores com
cinco ou seis (5, 6) cilindros e injetores de 11 a 16 Ohms. Atravs
de um controle manual presente no mesmo mdulo, possvel
definir a sobreposio de tempo de combustveis (de 0 a 2
segundos) para obter uma suave transio de gasolina para gs
e evitar paradas sbitas de motor. Este simulador vem equipado
com cabos de ligao com diferentes alternativas de conectores,
para adaptar-se adequadamente em cada modelo de injetor (tipo
Bosch, Japo, Honda, Isuzu, Subaru, etc.).
Existem variantes do modelo EIE600/A e EIE600/B com valores
diferentes de simulao de bicos injetores.

or six (5 and 6) 11 to 16 Ohm injectors. Via a manual control
present in the same module it is possible to set the overlap of
fuels (from 0 to 2 seconds). With this time get a soft transition

alternatives of connectors to adapt properly to each injector

MF400 um simulador eletrnico de injeo, que tambm


tem a funo de comutador de gs (GNV ou GLP) compatvel
com MiniFLEXI, permitindo a sua concepo e de tamanho
reduzido, excelente integrao esttica com o atual painel de
instrumentos do veculo. Para motores com trs ou quatro
(3, 4) cilindros e injetores de 11 a 16 Ohms.
Usando um controle manual presente no mesmo mdulo
e chaves de seleo possvel programar o tempo de
sobreposio de combustveis (de 0 a 2 segundos), o RPM
e o tipo de transio de gasolina para gs (acelerao ou

MiniFLEXI400

MF400 is an electronic emulator for injection which also has function


of gas switch (CNG or LPG) compatible with Mini FLEXI, allowing for
its design and reduced size, excellent desing integration with current
vehicle instrument panel. 11 To 16 Ohm injectors are for three and
four engines.
Using a engine speed controller and selection keys present in the same
module can be programmed the overlapping fuel time (from 0 to 2
seconds), the RPM and the exchange rate of petrol to gas (acceleration
or deceleration).
This product is intended to reduce the time of an installation service,
this being possible by having a single wiring connection with different
alternatives of connectors to adapt properly to each injector model
(type Bosch, Japan, Honda, Isuzu, Subaru, etc.). There are variants of
MF400/A & MF400/B model with different values of simulation of
injectors.

sobreposio de tempo de combustveis (de 0,5 segundos)
para obter uma transio suave de gasolina para gs e evitar
paradas sbitas de motor. Este simulador est equipado com
cabo sem conectores e planejado para se conectar somente
ao positivo dos bicos injetores.

EIEMN um simulador eletrnico para injeo mono-ponto


com bicos injetores de 11 a 16 Ohms. Atravs de um controle
manual presente no mesmo mdulo, possvel definir a
sobreposio de tempo de combustveis (de 0,5 segundos)
para obter uma transio suave de gasolina para gs e evitar

Ele capaz de regular o avano, fazendo uso da unidade de
controle eletrnico (ECU) original do veculo, sem intervir ou
alterar o circuito de ignio original, resultando em melhor
desempenho e potncia do motor em todo seu sistema.

no mesmo mdulo, e possvel programar diferentes tipos de
sensores e as curvas para adiantar o ponto.

Warrior WS20 is a timing advance processor for installing in


vehicles with electronic fuel injection equipped with MAP*,MAF**
sensor or flow meter. It is capable to modify the ignitionadvance
by making use of the original electronic control unit (ECU) of the

resulting in optimum performance and power of the engine

Warrior WS50 um variador de avano eletrnico para instalao
em veculos equipados com bobina de ignio nica, sistema
de injeo eletrnica ou distribuidor com mdulo de ignio
eletrnica. Usando chaves de seleo presentes no mesmo
mdulo, possvel configurar a curva de avano de 6, 9, 12 e
15 graus no ponto do motor e tambm escolher o momento de
insero do avance.

Warrior WS50 is a timing advance processor for installing


in vehicles equipped with a single ignition coil system with
electronic injection or distributor with electronic ignition
module. Using selection keys, present in the same module, allows
you to program 6, 9, 12 and 15 degrees advance curves and so
also to select the time of ignition advance insertion.

WARRIOR WS510P
Warrior WS510P um variador de avano eletrnico para
instalao em veculos equipados com injeo eletrnica e
sensor de Ponto Morto Superior (PMS ou CKP*) do tipo INDUTIVO
e sensor de Fase (CMP**) do tipo efeito HALL.
Voc pode programar a unidade atravs de um software gratuito
que est disponvel para o usurio. Os recursos do software
permitem alterar as curvas e graus de avano, o ponto de insero
e outros parmetros para obter a mxima potncia e desempenho
do motor, principalmente em veculos com equipamentos de
injeo sequencial de gs (equipamentos de presso positiva).
O cabo deste variador de avano compatvel com o modelo
WS510. Tambm est disponvel com diferentes tipos de
conectores para no alterar a instalao original do veculo
(conector tipo A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I).
WS510P utiliza SGV TAPs Software: um programa de fcil
configurao, que aceita um ajuste perfeito em qualquer marca
de veculo. Compatvel Windows 7-8. Interface USB 2.0,

SGAS Plus 148 is an electronic module for gas conversion. This


system is for sequential injection designed for vehicles with
engines three, four, five, six and eight (3, 4, 5, 6 and 8) cylinder
with manifold injection (direct, sequential, full group and semisequential).
This module features has a design that helps to optimize the
arrangement of functional components combined with a
modern and attractive aesthetic. The design allows a quick and
easy wiring connection, and also can be installed in the engine
compartment with any angle orientation.
Management and data processing is based upon a modern high
efficiency high speed 32-bit CPU, which allows to give a precise
amount of gas (CNG or LPG), improving the response of the
engine parameters. This module is also provided with better tools
and self-diagnostics troubleshooting for easier installation. This
new hardware platform makes possible to add new features and
further extend the capabilities of automatic adaptation.
In the SGAS Plus 148 OBD version, there is a built-in adapter,
which allows communication with the original ECU of the vehicle
through the OBDII protocols, this system is used to constantly
monitor fuel adjustments STFT* short-term and long-term
FFTF** trims. With this system it is possible to adjust the engine
ECU fuel trims on Petrol and then adjust the Gas calibration to
keep them into the original values. With this condition the gas
map is modified precisely by the fuel trim corrections on petrol
ECU to calibrate the gas injection times and not only use as
configuration the basis of injection timing on petrol as in the
usual electronic modules. This ensures the same power and
efficiency of the original system on petrol when running on gas
(CNG or LPG), achieving fully integration with your vehicles
factory settings and minimizing the risk of defects associated
with a bad or an inaccurate manual calibration.
The use of this feature requires permanent connection to the
original OBDII vehicle connector and this will not interfere with
the use of scanners or diagnosis tools.

SGAS Plus 224-OBD


SGAS Plus 224-OBD um mdulo eletrnico para injeo
sequencial de gs, projetado para veculos com motores de trs
e quatro cilindros (3 e 4) com injeo mltipla (sequencial, grupo
completo e semi sequencial).
A gesto e tratamento dos dados so baseados em um processador
de 32 bits moderno e de eficincia elevada, que permite a
dosagem precisa de gs (GNV ou GLP) e melhora a resposta dos
parmetros do motor. Na construo deste mdulo tambm
foram fornecidas as melhores ferramentas para auto diagnstico
e soluo de problemas na instalao. Esta nova plataforma de
hardware permite adicionar novos recursos e ampliar ainda mais
as capacidades de adaptao automtica.
Este mdulo possui um adaptador integrado, que permite a
comunicao com a ECU original do veculo atravs de protocolos
OBDII, este sistema usado para monitorar constantemente
os ajustes de combustvel STFT* e FFTF** (parmetros de curto
e longo prazo) originada por a ECU em gasolina, e em seguida
define a calibragem do gs para mant-los em valores originais.
Nesta condio o mapa de gs modificado de modo preciso por
correes geradas na ECU de gasolina durante o uso em gs e
no est configurado apenas com base no tempo de injeo de
gasolina como nos mdulos eletrnicos normais. Isso garante a
mesma competncia e eficincia do sistema original de gasolina
para uso em gs (GNV ou GLP). Oferece tambm uma perfeita
integrao com as configuraes de fbrica do seu veculo,
minimizando o risco de defeitos associado com uma calibragem
manual ruim ou imprecisa.
O uso deste recurso exige conexo permanente no conector
OBDII original do veculo, e isso no ir interferir com o uso de
scanners ou ferramentas de diagnstico.
Veculos equipados com este mdulo eletrnico cumprem as
normas de emisso Euro 5.
Para um ajuste perfeito de SGAS Plus 224-OBD para diferentes
marcas de veculos, utilizado o software de configurao SGV

SGAS Plus 224-OBD is an electronic module for gas conversion.


This system is for sequential injection designed for vehicles with
engines three and four (3 and 4) cylinder with manifold injection
(sequential, full group and semi-sequential).
Management and processing of the data is based on a modern
high efficiency 32 bit CPU, which allows the precise gas dosage
(CNG or LPG) improving the response of the engine parameters
This module is also provided with better tools for self-diagnostics
and troubleshooting in the installation. This new hardware
platform makes it possible to add new features and further
extended capabilities of automatic adaptation.
This controller has a built-in adapter, which allows
communication with the original ECU of the vehicle through the
OBDII protocols, this system is used to constantly monitor fuel
adjustments STFT* short-term and long-term FFTF** trims. With
this system it is possible to adjust the engine ECU fuel trims on
Petrol and then adjust the Gas calibration to keep them into
the original values. With this condition the gas map is modified
precisely by the fuel trim corrections on petrol ECU to calibrate
the gas injection times and not only use as configuration the
basis of injection timing on petrol as in the usual electronic
modules. This ensures the same power and efficiency of the
original system on petrol when running on gas (CNG or LPG),
achieving fully integration with your vehicles factory settings
and minimizing the risk of defects associated with a bad or an
inaccurate manual calibration.
The use of this feature requires permanent connection to the
original OBDII vehicle connector and this will not interfere with
the use of scanners or diagnosis tools.
Vehicles equipped with this electronic module comply with Euro
5 emission standards.

fuel costs. More economy achived by partial replacement
of diesel fuel by LPG/CNG (up to 50% of substitution).
Calibration is realized by reducing the engine power
obtained from diesel fuel (reduction of diesel fuel dosage
by emulating the fuel injection pressure and/or emulation
of the accelerator pedal position), and then full power
recovery by the injection of an appropriate amount of
gas. Control of engine power is possible thanks to built-in
algorithms of road dynamometer.

Gas Injectors

Os injetores para gs (GNV e GPL) so formados por bobinas dispostas de forma integrada a um conector compatvel com
AMP/Delphi. A funo do injetor pulverizar o combustvel dentro do motor quando recebe um sinal do modulo eletrnico.
Qualquer um dos mdulos eletrnicos do sistema de injeo sequencial SGAS permite utilizar e configurar uma ampla
variedade de injetores de gs, inclusive de outros fabricantes. Apresentamos aqui alguns dos modelos de injetores que
compem os kits de instalao, com suas principais caractersticas tcnicas.

SGV-02R
O regulador de presso de gs (GNC ou GPL), tambm conhecido
como redutor, recebe o gs de alta presso do tanque ou de
um cilindro e logo o reduz a baixa presso para alimentar
adequadamente o motor de um veculo. Este um componente
essencial, sendo necessrio manter a presso constante em cada
funcionamento e condio de consumo do motor. Ao diminuir
a presso do gs tambm gerada uma reduo na temperatura,
o que pode congelar o redutor e causar operao indesejada e
mudanas no volume de gs. Assim redutores tm uma ligao, para
fazer circular lquido de refrigerao do sistema de arrefecimento
do motor e assim possvel manter uma temperatura constante.

INJETORES DE GS

The pressure regulator of gas (CNG or LPG), also known as


reducer, receives the high pressure gas tank or a cylinder and
then the low pressure it reduces to properly feed the engine of a
vehicle. This is an essential component, it is necessary to keep
the pressure constant in each operation and consumption
condition of the engine. By lowering the pressure of the gas is
also generated a reduction in temperature, which can freeze
and cause the gear and undesired changes in volume of gas.
Thus reducers have a connection to circulate the coolant of
the cooling system of the engine and thus it is possible to
maintain a constant temperature.

Compact positive pressure reducer for Compressed Natural Gas (CNG),


which combines both reduction pressure principles, the piston and
membrane systems. It is designed for sequential gas injection systems,
which requires to maintain constant pressure at different flow rates
required by the engine.It has integrated input gas filter together with
the solenoid valve and internal over pressure safety valve, also includes
an entry for compensating the output pressure by the vacuum to
keep stable output pressure in reference to the intake manifold. The
output pressure can be regulated from 1 to 2.5 bar (100 to 250 Kpa).
It is necessary to connect the hot water inputs for optimal working
condition and ensure correct and stable gas output pressure in all
engine conditions.

Micro Switches

MTS-ECO is a sensor that measures the pressure and gas


temperature (CNG or LPG) that comes from the reducer and
ensures an optimum flow of gas to the engine. The other function
of this device is to measure the amount of vacuum in the inside
of the intake manifold and send these data to the electronic gas
control module used to adjust the amount of air-gas mixture.

Nos veculos novos, equipados com computador de bordo, a


indicao de nvel de combustvel no atualizada assim como
em sistemas mais antigos, que consideravam apenas a indicao
fornecida por uma boia dentro do tanque. A prpria ECU original
do veculo que com base aos quilmetros percorridos e as
condies de uso, executa um clculo do consumo e indica no
painel de instrumentos.
Durante o funcionamento a gs (GNV ou GLP), o combustvel
que est dentro do tanque no diminui, mas o computador de
bordo continua corrigindo o nvel de combustvel, tornando-se
impossvel a leitura real. A indicao do nvel no tanque s vai
ser atualizada aps um reabastecimento de combustvel.
Ao instalar alguns dos modelos de corretor de nvel de
combustvel SFLC, durante o funcionamento a gs, o computador
de bordo guardar o nvel de gasolina do tanque cada vez que
voc ligar o veculo.
Esto disponveis os modelos SFLC-AR e SFLC-BR atendendo
principalmente as marcas de veculos Peugeot, Citron e Renault.

In todays vehicles, equipped with on board computer, the


indication petrol level is not updated as in old systems, which
considered only the indication provided by a float inside the tank,
but it is the same original vehicle ECU that, based on the mileage
and usage conditions, performs a calculation of consumption
and displays it in the instrument panel.
While running on gas (CNG or LPG), petrol that is inside the tank
does not decrease but the aboard computer continues decreasing
fuel level becoming impossible to read the real reading. The
indication of the level in the tank will only be updated and
corrected after a refueling.
To install any of the spelling of SFLC fuel level models, during
gas operation, the on board computer reads the petrol tank level
each time that you start the vehicle.
Models SFLC-AR and SFLC-BR serving mainly the brands Peugeot,
Citroen and Renault vehicles are available. For other brands can
be suited too.

de medir a quantidade de gs (GNV ou GLP) presente no tanque
ou cilindro e transmitir essa informao sob a forma de sinais
eltricos para comutadores ou produtos que servem para indicar
o nvel de gs.
Sensores para o GPL so projetados para combinar com algumas
das multivlvulas existentes no mercado e os sensores para GNV
so sensores colocados no redutor e na linha de presso.
Sensores SCN so produzidos para diferentes padres de
