Originally known as TTD Technology and Trading Development Company,

bar trade, gold import & export and jewelry boutiques & shops nationwide
network, invest in service industry, real estate, banking and finance. Up to now,

GEMSTONES MINING
DOJI Gold & Gems Group has attached a strategic importance to
gem-stones mining. The group takes the lead in gemstones mining
and exploitation at a large scale. The Group has undertaken their
operation in the gemstones mines in Yen Bai and Nghe An which
have the most significant potentials for high-quality ruby, sapphire,
spinel in Vietnam.
The mining factory possesses qualified experts in gemstone, engineers
and the numerous skillful workers who have continuosly committed
themselves to high efficiency of the works. In the mining areas,
specialized and advanced machineries such as bulldozers, excavators,
ore pumps and sorted-out zig are being used in a strictly-control
mining process in order to get the maximum yield of gemstones.
The Group is proud to be the owner of the most precious stones
exploited in Vietnamese mines, namely Dai Lam Ngoc a 15-ton
giant blue sapphire, Bao Hong Ngoc the most precious natural
rough Star Ruby and notably the Emperior Star Ruby well known in
Vietnam and the world.

GEMSTONES PROCESSING
AND CUTTING
Exploited gemstones are subsequently processed in the 800 square
meter wide workshop located in DOJI Headquarter.

The workshop is an elite concert of gemstone specialists, engineers

and hundreds of skillful workers. The workshop is well equipped with
modern machineries in every processing steps, which allows the
inspiring crea-tion of refined products with diversified designs. Those
machineries are mostly imported from some leading countries in
gemstones industry as Thailand, China and Korea.
Ruby, Star Ruby, Pink Sapphire, Blue Shappire and semi precious
stones are the main products of the Group. Among them, Ruby and
Shapphire have been processed in a miniature size from 1 to 3
millimeters.
Paving the way for Star ruby to the world market and being known as
the King of Star Ruby, DOJI Gold & Gems Group has proudly
pinpointed Vietnam to the gemstones world map.

GOLD AND JEWELRY

MANUFACTURING
The Gold and Jewelry Workshop focuses on processing gold jewelry,
fine gold, DOJI high-class jewelry distributed both at local and
international markets.
Besides organizing regular trainings and skill competitions, DOJI has
given priority to investing in modern machineries to ensure effective
production process and highest quality of its products. These
machiner-ies such as the laser welding machine, automatic gold
casting machines, platinum casting machines. 3D wax-modeling
machine. X-ray spectroscope and diamond inscription laser are
mainly originated from Germany and Japan.
The set of Phc-Lc-Pht-Ti rings which is made by SJC 99.99
using advanced gold ring casting technology is one of its exclusive
products. The brand also includes other exotic jewelry made by SJC
99.99 is absolutely protected by the National Office of Intellectual
Property of Vietnam.
In processing diamond and color gemstones, the workshop has
made great success in the advanced technology of invisible settings
applied in the world.

GOLD AND JEWELRY TRADE

(WHOLESALE AND RETAIL)
DOJI Gold & Gems Group has developed its jewelry network in big
cities and where the branches are present nationwide, notably in the
North.
Diamond House diamonds, Dojiwell colored stones, Wedding
Land, Silver damour, the Lc Pht Ti and some imported
brands as British Lulus jewelries, Elite and Canadian Ice diamonds
and Japanese Kobayashis pearls have miraculously attracted its
particular customers. Furthermore, all the products are certified by
DOJI in a very strict proce-dure, which strengthens customers trust
and satisfaction. All of these products were achieved ISO 9001:2008
Certification.
Besides business in jewelry, DOJI has confirmed trading in 99.9 &
99.99 gold products including gold bars or fine-arts gold as its
strength.
DOJI was one of the few enterprises which was authorized gold bar
trade by Government Bank.

EXPORT AND IMPORT
In 2006, two branches of SJC Saigon JSC Hanoi and Da Nang were
equitized into Hanoi SJC Jewelry JSC and Da Nang SJC Jewelry
JSC. Becoming DOJIs member companies with their potentials in
terms of products and partners, they have made significant achievement in gold export and import. Notably, fine-arts gold always takes
the lead among all business.
Turnover in gold export was dramatically increasing from 2 million
USD in 2007 to 46 million in 2008. In 2009, there was a five time
increase in yield, shooting to 207 million USD. In 2010, DOJI Groups
turnover in gold and jewelry export was nearly 200 milion USD
although there are many adverse effects of macroeconomy and tight
policy. Besides, turnover of importing was about 40 million USD. In
2011,The turnover peaked at 380 million USD. These figures clearly
show every breakthrough in gold and gems export made by DOJI.
Gold are mainly exported to big markets like Swiss and other EU
countries, Japan, Thailand, HongKong

REAL ESTATE
Real estate is one of the most essential business of the DOJI Trade
and Investment Company ltd. (DOJITRADE).
DOJITRADE is concentrating on the following projects:
- Construction project of Hanoi Southern Supporting Industrial Park,
Phu Xuyen District (Hanssip) with total investment of more than
21.000 billion VND.
- Hotel construction projects in the downtown of Hanoi, Vinh Phuc
District, Nghe An District.
- Construction project of apartments, residential areas in the west of
Ha Noi like My Dinh, Ha Dong and the eastern areas.
- Project of new urban area in Southern Vinh Yen - Vinh Yen City and
Yen Lac District - Vinh Phuc Province.
- Project in the Giang Son Hot spring Resort joint-venture Project
(Giang Son ward, Do Luong District, Nghe An Province).
At present, DOJI is the owner of many golden lands in Hanoi and Ho
Chi Minh City. In Hanoi, they are the biggest Gold, Gems & Jewelry
trade center in Vietnam - Ruby Plaza (44 Le Ngoc Han Str., Hai Ba
Trung Dist.), the prime location at No 5 Le Duan Str., Hoan Kiem Dist.
a famous department in the subsidy period and in Ho Chi Minh City,
Opera View is one of the most precious location in the city center with
2,300 meter square office for lease as well as the retail center of
many famous international brands.

BANKING AND FINANCE

By early 2012, DOJI officially widened its business into Finance and
Banking, becoming the strategic shareholder of Tien Phong Commercial
Joint-venture Bank (TienPhong Bank).
TienPhong Bank was licensed in August 2008. Besides DOJI,
TienPhong Bank has other big shareholders such as FPT,
Mobiphone, Vinare and SBI Holdings Japan. Being presented by Mr.
Do Minh Phu, Chairman and CEO of DOJI Gold & Gems Group, DOJI
with its potential related shareholders has held 20 percent of TienPhong
Bank shares, which is also the State Banks highest threshold.
In the Shareholder Congress held on 26 April 2012, Mr. Do Minh Phu
was nominated as Chairman of TienPhong Bank. As being strategic
shareholder, DOJI is committed to giving financial, administration
ability, especially gold business area, bankroll for supporting industrial
park support and increasing the charter capital in 5.550 billion VND to
strengthen its liquidity and deal with its present challenges in order to
reach its long-term credit growth and global development. By this
way, TienPhong Bank can hopefully make a breakthrough to become
one of the leading commercial bank in Vietnam.

EDUCATION IN GEMOLOGY & JEWELRY
DOJI Institute of Gemology and Jewelry (DOJILAB) is formerly
known as DOJI Laboratory for Gemology and Jewelry (DOJILAB).
After 3 years of activity (from 2009) in science research, technology
development and services, in order to conform with the objective to
develop DOJI into the biggest gems and jewelry company in Vietnam,
in 2012, DOJI Gold & Gems Group has decided to develop DOJILAB
into the leading gemological institution in Vietnam.
DOJILAB is responsible for R&D in gemology and jewelry; for
developing projects on gemstone geology and mining; for gemstone
exploration technology; for diamond grading, gems and precious
metals testing; for training gemologists, gems identifiers and experts,
as well as for information and publication services, and investment
consultancy in the related fields; organizes International Gemstone
Conferences.
Besides its qualified gemologists, DOJILAB is also collaborate
with the top grading labs and scientists from national and
international universities and institutes, including VNU University
of Science (Vietnam National University, Hanoi), Gems and Jewelry
Institute of Thailand (GIT), Asian Institute of Gemological Sciences
(AIGS), University of Mainz (Germany), University of Graz
(Austria) DOJILAB is also equipped with the latest advanced
analytical and testing instruments, such as Austron Diamond
Colorimeter, Skyray spectrometer EDX3000, laser inscription System
OGIWriter , etc. to ensure the most accurate and reliable
gemological research and testing activities. With the aim to help in
