BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Responsible for new business development with the nations largest defense contractor providing annual revenues
of $14 million. Relationship required consolidating 23 proprietary benefit plans and trusts to 12 to harmonize
benefits across salaried and union plans and increase efficiency and costs of overall benefit program.
Responsible for new business development with the nations premier petrochemical company, providing annual
revenues of $6 million. Relationship included combining the respective heritage benefit plans of each legacy
company to a single plan of more than $22 billion covering approximately 50,000 employees.
Responsible for new business development and serviced key account relationships with premier companies
including: Honeywell, Hilton Hotels, Sodexho Marriott, ABRA, First Energy, McDonnell Douglas, and Aetna.
PROJECT / PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Converted more than 200 series commingled funds representing more than $130 billion in total assets to a new
multi-class fund structure.
Created governance and oversight for reporting of current daily cash flows for securities lending funds.
Created new investment disclosures for all funds including establishing risk and total expense ratio standards
achieving compliance with 404(a) amendments under ERISA.
Created new multi-class cash series including investment policy in compliance with 2a-7 guidelines.
Reviewed and analyzed all internal current state infrastructure and processes resulting in one of the firms key
strategic initiatives, organized and managed all work streams, budgeting and forecasts, plus profit and loss impact.
