clarify standard operational break down to production people.

Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skilled workforce and
initiate skill test for ongoing operators.

Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, sewing alter-repair report, finishing
alter-return report, needle broken report.

To make daily production report with all required data & enlighten senior production
people about updated production plan.

Maintain an excellent co-ordination with production planning team; and generate


substitute quality team & other production support team to ensure quality production & on
time shipment.

To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Maintaining individual operator performance and motivating low operator


performances.

Analyze the work in progress on work stations and instructing supervisor for better
balancing.

This position will be dedicated for overall garments Production Planning and Industrial
Engineering departments.
Prepare and review production schedules, Line Plan, T&A, engineering procedures,
minimizing production costs against the target CM and ensure optimum utilization of
manpower, machine and material through an effective operation layout in the production.
Implementing Lean manufacturing system throughout factory gradually.
Concentration on KAISEN, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), increasing OEE,
implementing different work aids, process razing etc. for ensuring efficient production
processes.
Production Planning and execute the coming order by managing capacity and estimating the
future work load, set strategic plan to execute and give necessary directives to concern
departments.
Applying statistical methods and perform effective calculations to determine manufacturing
processes, manpower requirements and production standards and to analyze productivity,
calculate efficiency and effectiveness, calculate and reduce Non-Productive Time and reduce
defects and wastage
Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences
and lead times to expedite production operations.
Able to analyze data, reports and process in order to improve the productivity and
profitability of the operation through initiation and implementation of projects that optimize

Recommends the best methods of space, manpower, material and equipment utilization in

Calculate and finalize product SMV from GSD method, CM calculation, Production Planning,
Seasons plan, Capacity assurance analysis and finalize the product cost.
Line production balancing, Process engineering.
Analyzing performance of operators & assist in salary grade decision.
Measuring accurate factory efficiency, line performance, changeover effectiveness, capacity
study, time & motion study, machine breakdown etc.
Carryout pre-order costing and post order costing (artwork & sample) in coordination with
Merchandising team
Set up base target based on basic, semi-critical & critical operations and ensure the
implementation of line and special incentive policy.

Style Analysis:Analyze styles and all queries received from the customer, providing
correct productivity information for price quotation.
Machine & Manpower Plan: Manage, direct and control machine and manpower
allocation for bulk production so that excess resources are not used.
Capacity Study:Direct, monitor and analyze the capacity of each operation in
assembly line to maximize output.
Bottleneck Analysis :Address all bottlenecks in assembly line.
Manpower Budget:Prepare manpower budget for all direct workers in production.
Risk Analysis: Identify risks before starting production of any order.
Breakeven Analysis: Provide innovation where product does not meet the breakeven
targets. Reducing cost of production where possible.
Efficiency & Performance Report: Produce daily efficiency and performance reports of
the factory at individual and group level.
NPT (Non Productive Time)Calculation: Ensure that issues contributing to lost time are

Based on available capacity, product categories allocate styles in different units. In case of
own factory capacity is less than required one, transfers orders to other factories for job

Technical setting of the garment: For the reduction of making cost and production
friendly samples, changes technical setting of the garment.
Involvement in pp meetings: Attends pre-production meeting and ensure that important
points are discussed at meeting.

Production monitoring: Follow up day to day production from each line and ensures that
production units meet the production target.
Factory work study/industrial engineering: Follow up industrial engineering functions
and systems.
Quality of the finished product: Ensures that factory produces quality product at
minimum alteration and repair cost. Also ensures that only quality goods are shipped to the
buyers.
Shipment planning and shipments: Made plans shipment dispatch with documentation
and shipping department.

Checks manpower costing of each floor and try to keep manpower cost under control.
