support Organizations.
Project Management Delivery support for Integrated Head Pack site assembly project to be performed at the Sanmen #1 nuclear
site in China. Supported Supply Chain to develop scope of work, solicitation, and negotiation of technical and commercial terms
/conditions with regional Chinese suppliers.
Provided project management, for design and fabrication of the Steam Generator Temporary Installation Support tool . First of a
kind tool design invented to permanently set a 70 ton Steam Generator.

Established and maintained budget and schedule for critical design engineering of ESBWR reactor core differential pressure
recalculation, condensate /steam dryer system design, and nuclear fuel racks design efforts for timely submission to the Nuclear
Regulatory Commission in support of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Licensing Submission Program.
Spear headed the development of an internal project management work order processing controls to maintain positive account
of individual work -load requirements with the defined work load priorities to support on time delivery of works in a matrix
environment.
Delivered Engineered Simplified Boiling Water Reactor (ESBWR) indicative price submittals for use and submission by clients as
a portion of their application for their Nuclear Federal Loan Guaranty programs.

Served in Iraq as a Contracting Manger charged with managing a multi-billion dollar project to provide life support services and
construction related support for Military under the terms of the US DOD Contract DAAA09-02-D-0007. I was charged with leading
personnel, completing timely project completion of work products under wartime time conditions, and managing client expectations
for all project deliveries. Major areas of emphasis included coordination and structuring the proposal offerings to reflect
commercially viable solutions within the product line/region while maintaining adherence to contract terms and Federal Acquisition
Regulations (FARs). Received and fulfilled client requests for support, negotiated the implementation of contracts, contract
amendments, and task orders.
