JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Selected Candidate need to be involved in various promotional activities for the


Marketing.
2. He/ She must visit the areas as per scheduled with minimum 10 centers, according to
the need of the
Business.
3. Keeping strong presence of yourself in the market
4. Opening and Closing the leads.
5. Daily Visit Report must be filled through the ERP application on daily basis
6. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
7. He should achieve target of Rs.3,00,000/- (Three lakhs only) Per Month.
8. He has to visit minimum 250 Centers per month on an average. Centers e.g. Computer
coaching centers,

examination, any entrance exam coaching centers, any CBSE/ICSE/ISC/Public schools,


graduation coaching centers, private colleges, etc. in your territory.
9. Sales promotional incentive will be rewarded time to time as per performance.

to achieve minimum: 1st month 50%, 2nd month 70%, and 3rd month 85% of

Incentive Plan
If the candidate exceeds the target by Rs.50,000.00 (Fifty thousand only) he/ she
gets 5% of the excess amount.
If the candidate exceeds the target by Rs.1,00,000.00 (One lakh only) he/ she gets
10% of the excess amount.
If the candidate exceeds the target by Rs.1,50,000.00 ( one lakh fifty thousand
only) he/ she gets 15% of the excess amount.
Note: Incentives will be calculated annually.

Resignation policy
You will serve a notice period of 1 month/pay salary for the month. If
resigned in the probation period, he/ she will be liable for training & recruitment
cost as per Bond.
