Abstract should have the Purpose,

Design/Methodology/Approach, Findings, Managerial Implications, and Scope for


future work / Limitations
key words : Five to seven key words .
Main paper: Main body of the paper may vary depending up on type of research
and subject. An ideal main body of the paper should have following headings:
1) Introduction
2) literature review
3) objectives
4) Methodology,

5) Findings
6) limitations/scope for future work,
7) conclusion

Submission Guidelines
1) Manuscript must be written in English Language.
2) File must be in Microsoft Word format with single line spacing in A4 size Page.
3) The font of manuscript must be Times New Roman with 10 point size.
4) First page must contain title of the paper, List of all the authors with their
organizational affiliation & e-mail ids
5) In case of multiple authors, the first author will be corresponding author.
6) The submission must not be published elsewhere or submitted for publication.
7) Do not include authors name anywhere in the manuscript.
8) All manuscript must include a minimum 150 and maximum 250 words abstract,
next to the title page. An abstract should be in 11 point font Times New Roman
and Italic, followed by 5- 7 keywords.
9) The manuscript must not exceed 25 pages, including references &
annexure/appendices
10) Figures must be high resolution & clear with descriptive heading.
11) The order of the content must be as per the detail provided above.
12) The References must be in Alphabetic order ( A-Z). Use the following format
for References:

13) No pdf files are accepted.
14) The attached file should not include any message or letter to the editor.
15) Type-written manuscripts in MS Word (.doc) format should be submitted online
through journal website.
16) Leave 1 inch margin for each - top, bottom, left and right.
17) Section headers should be bold faced sentence case whereas sub-section header
will be in normal style, both indented at 0.5 inch.
18) It is mandatory for all the authors to sign the Copyright Transfer Form.

19) The decision of Reviewers will be final and canvassing in any form will be
disqualification of authors in future issues.

Gregoris Mentzas is a professor in the School of Electrical and Computer
Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens His area of expertise is
information technology management and his research concerns the integration of
knowledge management, semantic web and e-service technologies, in egovernment and e-business settings. He has published her work in more than 130
papers in international journals and conferences including many leading journals.
He has a Ph.D. in operations research and information systems from the National
Technical University of Athens in Greece.
