It definitely seems to be a different country today.

When reading the comments about farmers...remember that much of the farmland ha
s now been taken over by big Agra-Business corporations which profit from foreig
n illegal labor. The family farmers that still exist are almost all large acreag
e and government subsidized operations. Not self-sustaining old fashioned family
farmers growing and raising healthy organic produce.
The unemployment problem could almost be solved by simply going back to family f
arming and getting away from the AGRA-Business corporations. The country had 40M
family farms before WW2. Now there are more lawyers than family farmers...their
number is down to about 2 million. And the food produce is unhealthy, destroyin
g the soil and really inhumane to the animals kept in factory farms. Totally unn
ecessary but for the corporate profit. Time to become real Americans again. I be
t there are plenty of government workers that would switch to being a self-susta
ining family farmer if given the opportunity.
The internet has already made it possible to begin change. Sites of resistance
have been appearing by the thousands. It has started what some have called 'a ne
w awakening'. The main websites like Drudge Report and Infowars have regular vie
wers in the tens of millions. Even the MSM such as FOX , CNN and MSNBC have been
grudgingly covering some of their reports and information. No source of informa
tion or news will be 100% accurate, but most people know that the Mainstream or
Establishment news has been taken over and controlled by either the corporations
, U.S. government and even if many are correct about FOX...the Pentagon. The int
ernet has made possible the 'awakening' of so many people now that the U.S. gove
rnment is in the process of attempting to take control no different than China a
nd other countries that have authoritarian systems. What people have been callin
g 'plutocrats and oligarchs' are now running a little frightened as millions of
citizens are pushing back with demonstrations and their pocket books. People tur
ning to organic food has forced General Mills to begin removing chemicals and ha
rmful substances from their products because they have been losing profit. Monsa
nto has had some setbacks. Keep communicating, post your feelings on Facebook, T
witter and your politicians page. Help grow the resistance to the Unamerican tak
eover by mostly European, and a few U.S. oligarchs that use illegal immigration(
which has actually been a slow invasion since the 80's) and constant undeclared
wars wherever they believe the Pentagon, Congress and controlled Press can get a
way with. War does nothing for the people on either side of the conflict and sim
ply gives the governments more political and economic power over their citizens.
The United States is the one country that can stop the long planned Global tota
litarian control of humanity. But, the real citizens must become forcefully acti
ve in a non-violent manner until those in government start listening. If the gov
ernment turns violent towards the citizens they have the 2nd Amendment as their
last resort. People will either decide they want the freedom of conscience and e
conomic choice...or will succumb willingly to being subjects or servants to a fo
rm of almost unseen authoritarianism and dictatorship. It is up to the people th
emselves to make that decision.
Citizens of the United States should actually take a little time and read their
constitution. Especially the Bill of Rights. It is an eye opener to how the citi
zens have been robbed of their personal and collective freedoms of conscience an
d economic choice.
