Functional description
The laboratory vacuum-, mixing- and homogenizing
machine R15 is working according to the rotor/stator
princip with a variable speed control for the scraping
mixer and the homogenizer.
The scaping mixer is reversible and can be operated in
intervals for a better mixing of the products. The scrapers
are made in accordance to the reversible motion for an
always film free surface of the inner wall, guarantees an
optimal heat transfer.
The homogenizer is able to homogenize the product by
circulation inside the mixing tank, by circulating over the
circulation pipe, by discharge the product and will be used
for cleaning.
Is the product viscosity going up, the homogenizer speed
will be automatic adjusted. The raw materials can be
feeded directcly to the homogenizer turbine with the
vacuum inside the mixing tank, for immediate dispersion
into the batch.
The machine will be delivered with control panel, fixed at
the machine and separate main panel fixed on the
electrical heating unit and vacuum pump panel.
Fixed in the control panel are all the necessary buttons to
operate the machine with On/Off buttons for the
homogenizer and the mixing element, the lightning of the
mixing tank, the variable speed control buttons for the
homogenizer and the mixing element and the lamps for
alarms and opertion.
In the main panel included are the main switch, a 6-pointrecorder for product temperature, double jacket
temperature, vacuum, speeds for the homogenizer and
the mixing element, digital indications for the product- and
the double jacket temperature, setting of the vacuum
actual value.
The cover with the mixing element can easely be open
with a hand lever, powered by a spring mechanism and
food pedal for deblocking.
Built into the component panel fixed under the main panel
are the electrical heating-/cooling unit with circulation
pump and the vacuum pump.
