MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 012015

CREATING THE HEREUNDER PLANTILLA POSITIONS IN THE GUINOBATAN WATERWORKS
SYSTEM OFFICE AND MUNICIPAL BUDGET OFFICE OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY,
APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay, in session

assembled, that:
Section 1. Creation. The following lists of plantilla positions are hereby created in the offices of
the Local Government of Guinobatan, Albay, to wit:

Section 2. Qualifications. No person shall be hired on these four (4) new plantilla positions thus
created and funded without satisfying the employment requirements prescribed by the
civil service law.
Section 3. Salaries & Benefits. The employees that will be hired in the above-created plantilla
positions shall receive a monthly salary equivalent to their respective salary grades
and such other benefits and emoluments attached to the positions pursuant to law,
order, circular or ordinance.
Section 4. Funding. The necessary funding for these positions shall be appropriated in the
Annual Budget of the LGU for CY 2015 to cover the salaries and benefits in
accordance with Section 3 hereof, and shall be sustained and incorporated in their
respective office budgets in the succeeding years.

Section 5. Duty of the Budget Officer. The Budget Officer of the Local Government of
Guinobatan is duty bound to incorporate the corresponding budgets of these positions
as prescribed under Section 4 hereof in the Annual Budget of the LGU starting CY
2015. Failure on the part of the Budget Officer to do the same shall constitute
negligence of duty and shall be properly dealt with under CSC laws.
Section 6. Repealing Clause. Any ordinance found inconsistent hereof, in whole or in part, is
hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
Section 7. Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
