Kindly follow below instructions for safety of the vessel.

1.

Weight distribution

A.
No weight inversion i.e. no heavy container on top of light weight conta
iners especially on ONDECK.
B.
Stack weight within permissible limits.
C.
Load heavy containers in hold & light containers on deck (Stack weight p
ermitting).
D.
ONDECK outer rows kindly load lighter containers than inner rows.
2.

Underdeck space & stowage

A.
Follow the stack weight permissible limits in underdeck.
B.
Kindly do not plan & load 40 feet unit on top of TWO 20 feet units of UN
EVEN heights.
C.
No uneven stowage in underdeck for 20 feet units (20 feet units in forwa
rd & aft bay inside hold should be even)
D.
Kindly fill up the space in hold to avoid slot loss or void slot.
E.
In case fewer containers to fill underdeck space keep entire row void in
stead of tier voids.
F.
DG, AB, UD & UDAB units should not be planned on TANK TOPS, bottom tier
& outer rows in hold
G.
Follow High cube distribution & nos. per row in underdeck to avoid any d
amage to containers due to excessive heights.
3.

Special containers

A.
DG, reefer & special cargo to be plan strictly as per our loading plan.
B.
High cube containers must be planned as per our load plan (if changes co
nfirm from Chief Officer)
C.
Tank containers should not be plan in extreme rows of ONDECK & Bay 01 ON
DECK.
D.
OOG, OPEN TOP (Laden & empties) & In-gauge Flat racks only to plan in UN
DERDECK.
E.
Dry /Non-operating reefer containers only to plan in UNDERDECK or ONDECK
3rd tier.
F.
Hide containers must be plan as per our stowage i.e. ONDECK, FWD bays &
extreme rows.
G.
Hides containers must not be plan on top of general containers.
H.
Additional DG, OOG & HIDES containers should not be plan without our app
roval.

Ondeck

A.
Doors for containers planned on ONDECK of Bay 01 to 05 must face in AFT
direction.
B.
Motor for Empty reefer containers planned in forward Bay ( Bay 01 to bay
05) & outer rows of ONDECK must be facing in AFT direction
C.
One Door Open or OFF containers door must face in AFT direction or to fo
llow the instructions from vessel Chief Officer.
D.
One door open/Off containers are not allowed to plan in outer rows of ON
DECK, Bay 01 deck & underdecks.
