This project is to provide different reports for making intelligent banking
decision based on data available in various branches of the bank which are spread across

Description:

Reckitt.Benckiser (RB) is the worlds leading brand in household cleaning

products and a leading player in health and personal care products. Reckitt Benckiser
owns the Lysol, Dettol, Harpic brands. RB sells its products in 180 countries and has
operations in 60 countries across all continents with net revenues in excess of $4.2
billion. RB was facing a lack of visibility of secondary sales from their primary
distributors, due to the non-availability of a systematic data management system which
would track secondary sales and stock levels of all distributors. This caused difficulties in
forecasting and losses in the supply chain.
The Data warehouse aimed to develop and deploy a Business Intelligence
system. The project includes data harvesting from the distributors network as well as
RBs regional information systems; loading of the scrubbed data in the central data
warehouse and providing timely analytics reporting to the RB management.
