Case Summary

An effective organization program makes the employee and production activity high effectively.
In his case study we have seen that the modern textiles provides a effective orientation program
for their new employee that why its production is high at that time but at the time of introducing
new ultramodern machinery for double production they did not provide an effective training
program about the quality of product for their employee thats why their production became high
but reject rate rose dramatically for that Rison production cost increase. The HR department
hurriedly arranges the necessary training for employee handling this machine meanwhile. The
production department and the HR department started to blame each other and the blame
continued.

Case Character Analysis

The case studies are basically three Characters to the case study. First, HR Manager Character is
they full responsible to manage the training section of an organization. When a new employee
requited. HR manager arrange the training program to a new employee. Second, Production
Manager Character are actually whole and full responsible how to increase the production of the
organization. And Third, New machine operator characters are they basically bottom level
employee. Top management employees are HR manager and Production manager.

Problem of the case study

There are some problems in this case study such as. The organization provides effective training
problem for their employee but at the time of new machinery they didnt it, they did it after
found the problem. The production manager also did not inform the HR about imminent coming
machinery at the training necessities and the important matter is lake of communication because
code of contract, term condition and job responsibility are not properly define.

Q.1. From your perception, who is responsibility for the whole incident resulting in high reject
rates and the other associated problem?
Ans. In my opinion both response for this critical incident of high reject rate their main problem
are lack of communication with each other.
Q.2. If you were the HR manager, what would you do to avert this crisis?
Ans. If I were a HR manager, I would not blame production manager rather then I take account
on my responsibility to solve the present criteria as early or possible by arranging effective
training program for the machine operator with in short to remove the present criteria.
Q.3. what should be the long-term strategy of this company in terms of the training policy and
process?
Ans. First of all I would set company objective and goal. Secondly, I would divided the duty of
work in the organization specifically, When problem arises, we can easily identify the faulty.

Recommendation & Conclusion

As a student I want to recommendation that every department of any organization should keep a
good relationship among there department and provide necessary information and help them to
do it that the particular department needed. To make a organization highly productive and to
reduce the reject the company should provide an effective pre work training program and every
department should provide information about the new training needed intend to the HR
department so that they can arrange it properly.
