Treatment of the Personnel to the Customers

The researchers experiences when they get to enter Lyceums campus is that
the school guard is really strict and had to check our bag for inspection. Then the
receptionist has handled our inquiries well and they know their schools policy as well.
Though the first receptionist that the researchers talked to has lack of eye contact thus,
appearing to be unprofessional. When the researchers got to see the schools facilities,
the staff was really knowledgeable about the rooms. Before the researchers leave, the
staff, receptionists and guard thanked them for their visit and hoping to see them this
year.

But overall, the researchers are impressed on how they were handled by these
personnel and how they were treated.
