Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did

being a parent of a child or a minor under the age of eighteen by knowingly permitting said minor to be present at a location where marijuana is being
sold, or where a product thereof is possessed in violation of section 124.401(1)(d)

I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime

On March 22, 2015 at approximately 2319hours the Sac County Sheriff's Office and Lake View Police Department executed a search warrant at 311
Main Street where Jason Ransom, Laura Lawler and there 4 minor children live. While executing the search warrant a zip lock bag containing a green
leafy substance that appeared to be marijuana was located behind one of JR and LL's children's beds.
