Helter Skelter Complete Hoax or Part Hoax

I have more evidence that suggests that the media and officials have been lying to the public for nearly
50 years about the murders committed by the Manson family.
More and more people are beginning to think that the murders of August 1969 either were not
committed, or not to the degree that the public has been told. I have spent many hours researching
public records in order to confirm or deny this theory. The most recent finding suggests that this theory
is true.
Here is a summary of California law on fetal death reporting according to my understanding:
When a fetus is born lifeless at 20 weeks or more gestation period, it is governed under the same laws
of any death. It is required that the death be registered with the department of health vital statistics in
the state it died in. In the state of California when a person dies as a result of homicide the medical
examiner fills out the cause of death section on the death certificate and signs it. He then sends it to the
funeral director who has the responsibility of confirming that the person who he has the responsibility
of processing the remains for burial, cremation or entombment is in fact the person the medical
examiner identified and the cause of death stated (homicide) in this case. He then signs it and he has
the responsibility of filing it with the Department of Health BEFORE burial. These laws are clearly

Sharon Tates baby is said to be buried with her in the same grave. The headstone has his name as Paul
Richard Polanski. I noticed while researching vital records on Ancestry.com that there was no records of
him being born or dying, the autopsy reports available online make no mention of him or of Sharon
being pregnant. It is mentioned in the police reports. Police reports are not a matter of public record
though, while autopsy reports are. I decided to pay the $18.00 fee to have the Department of Health
Vital Records do a physical search for Paul Polanski and this what I received from them a two page
response showing no record was found:

In addition to this finding, all of the victims with the exceptions of Shorty Shea and Leno LaBianca are
NOT listed in the Social Security Death Index. There is no law that says the deceased have to be listed in
the social security death index, like there is a law that says a fetus who was born lifeless after 20 weeks
must be registered before being buried, but it is pretty rare that this many people all reportedly dying at
the hands of the same individuals would not have made their way into the index.
It is my opinion that a hoax has been played on the public.
It is fact there is no official record of Paul Richard Polanski ever existing.
