1 Tribunal ORDER (2): It is ordered that any all property (personal,

2real and commercial items) seized by any agency or entity in

3relation to the matters of this case be returned to the buczek family

4immediately within 72 hours. Otherwise a use fee of

5$33,000,000.00 will be agreed to by the parties as being due and

6payable in lawful specie gold or silver coin immediately to shane-

7christopher: buczek or to his heirs, assigns and successors for the

8use of “each” property item being withheld from the buczek family.

10Tribunal ORDER (3): It is further ordered by the authority of the
