Dear Recruiters,
I am gonna be honest with you, I am probably not the kind of student you would hire. I do not study in an IVY
league school and I will not graduate with a 4.0 GPA. However, I have a typical background that I am sure will
serve me (and you) more than a degree in a prestigious university.
I am a French student at Western Carolina University, NC graduating with Honors in May 2015 with Bachelors of
Science in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Economics. I will also graduate from
Skema Business School (France) with a BSBA in Management and Entrepreneurship. Through my college
education, entrepreneurship has become my passion and I would like to improve my entrepreneurial skills and
experience through consulting before creating my own venture or going to Graduate school.
I have few business experiences. During my sophomore year for example, I took the lead of the Coffee Break (as
the president). The Coffee Break is a 15 students team organization managing the food services and the social
life at Skema Business School. Because of various issues encountered by the previous team, I had to reorganize it
from the scratch (overall management, team, supply chain, security, accounting, financing etc). For 3 semesters, I
have been responsible for the association providing fresh sandwiches, drinks and is the place where students
hang out and interact at school. Because of the previous issues, I had to rebuilt a team composed by freshmen
and thus, I have been responsible for most of the operations during the year. I was doing the accounting,
negotiating with suppliers, managing my 15 students team for the daily operation, and other tasks by myself while
training my team to take over the association.
My main strength is my pro-efficiency in the basic technologic tools (such as iCloud, Excel etc) to save time and
money. To be more efficient, I implemented a cloud system to communicate with my main supplier. I simply created
a Numbers document that I uploaded on iCloud. I was updating the Coffee Breaks command everyday and by
accessing the document online, my supplier knew what we were ordering everyday. He asked me to create an
equivalent system for his own sandwich shops to supervise his employees and control his business.
I traveled extensively in Europe, North Africa, North and Central America which has developed my vision of the
world and aroused my curiosity. I have been raised in Monaco and thus, have a vision of ultra luxurious markets.
But at the same time my various trips all around the American Est coast and in developing countries such as Costa
Rica, Morocco or Tunisia have developed my vision of more traditional and developing markets. Thus, relocate is
not a problem for me.
I believe that I can use my skills and experiences to help your company. I am passionate about Entrepreneurship
and business in general. I am energetic and have a desire to learn from your company that I truly find remarkable.
I am sure I will be able to learn from your peers but also serve your company.
I am actually looking for a long-term internship or entry level position to develop my consulting skills. I applied to
an Optional Training Program that will allow me to work for a year after my graduation in May 2015. I am willing to
relocate worldwide but I would like to stay within the U.S territory to continue my American Life experience.
My experience does not stop here. I would be more than willing to tell you more about myself during an interview
to which you would invite me.
