school was very successful and was sold as a going concern to a retired teacher.

The Independent Examination Board (IEB) is an education and training provider


responsible for setting the private schools Grade 11 and 12 examination papers. The IEB
started a unit dedicated to the Adult Education training and development sector. The IEB
offered numerous training courses to adult learners and it was my responsibility to
coordinate these. This is the area where I was employed.
