Assessment
Analysis:
Demonstrated
how
to
correctly
put

order
8 10 12 14 16 18
Summary:
Overall,
the
first
grade
students
made
good
strides
in
their
performance
of
this
unit.
100%
of
students
were
able
to
correctly
complete
the
Animal
Alphabet
handout.
I
give
a
lot
credit
to
the
fact
that
2
teachers
were
able
to
meet
the
needs
of
students
who
might
have
struggled
to
complete
this
correctly.
Having
2
teachers
collaborating
on
this
project
helped
the
success
of
the
students
because
working
in
2
smaller
groups
allowed
us
to
scaffold
more
for
students
who
need
it.
16
out
of
17
students
were
able
to
put
words
in
alphabetical
order.
We
now
see
that
this
particular
student
will
need
extra
practice
with
this.
Andrew
found
a
great
website
called
Learning
Planet
which
he
and
I
let
some
members
of
our
groups
practice
when
they
were
struggling
to
remember
how
to
put
words
in
ABC
order.
Only
2
out
of
the
17
struggled
to
express
what
they
learned
during
the
reflection
piece.
These
2
particular
students
have
learning
disabilities
and
have
had
difficulty
in
the
past
with
oral
expression.
The
rest
of
the
students
were
able
to
explain
why
its
important
to
search
on
kid
friendly
sites
and
described
what
they
worked
on
for
their
assigned
letter
and
page
of
the
book.
Only
2
of
the
17
students
struggled
to
demonstrate
how
to
safely
search
for
pictures.
One
student
struggled
because
of
the
previously
mentioned
disability
causing
her
to
not
be
focused
and
needed
a
lot
of
adult
guidance.
This
showed
her
inability
to
do
this
independently.
The
other
student
did
not
follow
directions
and
went
to
other
sites
without
permission.
This
resulted
in
a
private
discussion
where
I
pulled
him
aside
and
we
discussed
how
important
it
is
to
follow
instructions.
Even
though
he
did
not
go
to
any
inappropriate
sites,
he
was
still
on
a
site
without
my
permission.
Otherwise,
the
rest
of
the
students
followed
the
step-by-step
directions
and
correctly
and
safely
searched
for
their
animal
pictures
on
Photographic
Dictionary.
All
in
all,
this
was
a
fun
and
interesting
way
to
have
early
learners
understand
and
practice
basic
digital
citizenship
practices
and
this
exposure
will
help
them
be
responsible
internet
users
in
the
future.
It
was
fun
to
tie
it
into
literacy
as
well.
