Dear Mohd Javed,

We are pleased to appoint you as BTS O&M Engineer in our organization, with effect from 1 August 2011 subject
to the following terms and conditions:
You will be paid a gross compensation of Rs. 9262/- per month and cash in hand Rs. 8500/- per month.
Your place of posting will be Mohali.
You will be deputed to work on our client site M/sAlcatel-Lucent Managed Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.
Your whole time and attention will be devoted to the interests of the Company and you shall not engage
yourself in any capacity in any other enterprise or business.
5. You shall conduct yourself in such manner as to justify the trust and confidence reposed in you and act at
all times in consistence with the position of responsibility you occupy.
6. You may be deputed to any of our client sites as per needs of WorldClass Services and you will abide by
the rules and regulations of both WorldClass Services and the client organization.
7. You will not have any claims on the client organization.
8. You will not disclose to any person, firm or body corporate, without approval from appropriate authority
of the company, any information and trade secrets of the company, and of the Companys clients where
you are posted.
9. Company can terminate your services; if company not found your behavior suitable or not accordingly to
code of conduct by giving fifteen days notice period, in case employee want to leave the company he/she
has to give a notice of one month or either one month salary in lieu.
10. Your services will automatically expire after twelve months from the date of joining.
11. Disputes are subject to the Jurisdiction of Indore High Court.
