We are going to launch a new business LEARs. In which we are going to
provide new and reconditioned laptops with all types of laptop accessories.
So the question is what type of new thing is in LEARs. Here we launch a
business which is blend of following activities
1. New laptops

We will provide all type of new and reconditioned laptops which include HP, SONY,
IBM, ACER etc.

Reconditioned Laptops
In this activity we will brought the lots of used and out of order laptops from
different cities and abroad (china), we will sell them after repairing which can
be repaired in view of cost incurred on them. For example: if we brought the
lot of mix laptops and by analysis we found that the VGA problem is very
normal in these laptops so we just change its VGA and clean it and give one
month after sale free service to attract the customers.
Competitors
As far as competitors are concerned we are about to start this business from
Gujranwala so here we have following competitors:

All these are indirect competitors because none of them are providing laptop
accessories. For opening a new business regarding Laptops we have a
gigantic competition but providing laptop accessories is a competitive
advantage for us.

Cost Challenges like Transportation Cost.
Our competitors can also start laptop accessories business and can
give us really hard time in competition but for this purpose they will
need more capital.

Office working hour will be open from 9 A.M until 5 P.M. All employees should
be at time and during hours if an employee outside the organization the
he/she will must tell his supervisor.
All employees are allowed to take unpaid leave for any illness or any urgent
piece of work.

Overtime has been given to those employees who work more than 40 hours
during a week. Overtime payment will be disused later.
