Most people have felt sad or depressed at times. Feeling depressed can be a
normal reaction to loss, life's struggles, or an injured self-esteem. But when feelings
of intense sadness -- including feeling helpless, hopeless, and worthless -- last for
many days to weeks and keep you from functioning normally, your depression may
be something more than sadness.
How can we overcome depression? First, speak to a trained clinical
psychologist or counsellor. Although there are many types of mental health
professionals, one of the most important things to consider when choosing a
psychologist is your connection with this person. The right psychologist will be a
caring and supportive partner in your depression treatment and recovery.
Although medication can relieve the symptoms of depression, it is not usually
suitable for long-term use. Other treatments, including exercise and therapy, can be
just as effective as medication if you do decide to try medication, remember that
medication works best when you make healthy lifestyle changes as well.
Moreover, we should start looking at your life to appreciate the good things.
There can be a lot of friends and family that are supporting you. Therefore, we should
stop complaining but learn how to appreciate and has a positive world views and
positive views of yourself.
We should also be proactive. We must start to join other people ourselves to
be an insider but not a stranger to others. Be self-confident to take the first step and
believe that you can do it as well.
Furthermore, we can seek out support groups and talk to people. We should
always let us surround with supportive friends and family to overcome the difficulties
we encounter. Someday, we can completely get rid of depression and every mistake.
In a nutshell, we should always think positive, use the power of positive
words, pleasing thoughts and open heart to stay strong and be determined when we
face a tough mistake. We should be brave to face difficulties in life and not escape.
We must believe that change is positive and everything can improve.

substances and definitely will cause the soil erosion.
In conclusion, we should love and protect our mother earth by trying to do
whatever we can do. The relevant authorities should be concerned about this issue in
order to find a solution and solve the problem as soon as possible.
