Verma. He has been dealing with ESI, PF, Factory Act and other liaison work since
1974. and are associated with a number of industries such as Public Sector
Undertakings, Schools/Institutions, Engineering, Electronics & I.T. Industries, Exports
Houses, Hospitals/Nursing Homes, Builders & Developers, Pharmaceuticals, Hotels,
etc., located in and around Gurgaon, Delhi. Our office is fully equipped with a
sophisticated software application to deliver prompt and quality results. Our efforts

P.F. (Employee Provident Fund and Misc. Provision Act, 1952).

APPLICABILITY-

 Establishment which is factory engaged in any industry specified in Schedule


1 and in which 20 or more persons are employed.
 Any other establishment employing 20 or more persons which Central
Government may by notification, specify in this behalf.
 Any establishment employing even less than 20 persons can be covered
voluntarily under section 1(4) of the act.

Registering an establishment/factory under the Employees' Provident Fund Act and obtaining the Code
Number
• Nomination & Declaration Forms in Form No. 2 (Revised) of the new employees.
• Form No. 9 (Revised)
• Form No. 11(Revised).
• Form No. 5A (Return of ownership)
• Form No. 12-A (Monthly Return)
• Form No. 5
• Form No. 10
• Form No. 3-A (Monthly Contribution of the employees)

• Preparation of Form 7(IF)
• Assist in preparation of PF withdrawal Forms (19, 10C/10D) and settling their claims.

• Data in Foxpro +“DBF” Database File format in Floppy as per the latest requirement of the
R.P.F.C.
• Attend PF inspector for inspection of records, appearing before the concerned authorities on
behalf of the employer in 7-A proceedings under EPF Act.
• Correspondence/Liaison with P.F Department.

• Information with regard to any amendment/changes in the act will be informed immediately.

Factory Act, 1948.

APPLICABILITY-

It applies to factories covered under the Factories Act, 1948. The industries in which
ten (10) or more than ten workers are employed on any day of the preceding twelve
months and are engaged in manufacturing process being carried out with the aid of
power or twenty or more than twenty workers are employed in manufacturing
process being carried out without the aid of power, are covered under the
provisions of this Act.

Factory Registration and obtaining Factory License from the Department. Maintenance and

• Testing & Examination of pressure vessel in From No. 8 in respect of steam

Labor Contact Act

APPLICABILITY

 Every establishment in which 20 more workmen are employed or where


employed on any day of the preceding twelve months as contract labor.

 Every contractor who employs or who employed on any day of the preceding
twelve months 20 or more workmen {Section 1}

Bonus Act.

APPLICABILITY OF ACT :

 Every factory where in 10 or more persons are employed with the aid of
power or an establishment in which 20 or more persons are employed
without the aid of power on any day during an accounting year

Maintenance of Registers and Records etc

• Maintenance of Registers A, B & C.


• Arranging assessment under Bonus Act.
• Guidance to latest amendments in Bonus Act.

Gratuity Act 1972.

APPLICABILITY OF ACT :

 every shop or establishment within the meaning of any law for the time being
in force in relation to shops and establishments in a State, in which ten or
more persons are employed, or were employed, on any day of the preceding
twelve months;
• Working out Gratuity of employee at the time of resignation/ retirement.
• Guidance for taking up Gratuity scheme as per the requirement of the
Gratuity Act.

Labor Welfare Fund Act.
