It is of great importance for the creation of our model to take into account the
diference of the internal behavior and external. A distinction can be made between
external business services, offered to external customers, and internal business
services, offering supporting functionality to processes or functions within the
organization.
Several types of internal behavior that can perform a service, which are, business
process, business function, business interacrion and business event. Then briefly
describes each:
Business process
Business function
A business function offers functionality that may be useful for one or more business
processes. A business function is defined as a behavior element that groups
behavior based on a chosen set of criteria (typically required business resources
and/or competences).
Basically, the business process seeks the satisfaction of customer needs, ie,
products and services that will be offered pueen; on the other business functions
handles the business functionality, assignment of tasks and support.

The concepts of behavior as its very name implies, they are responsible for
establishing how to behave in the system, which will be its processes, functions,
events, interactions and servicesWorking structured way. Plug cindo these
elements allow us to visualize through model behavior that will have the system.
