Had to help. Then, selected Flower Shop.
Then, selected a flower from flower shop and clicked on Buy Now button two times to add two.

User : Increased the quantity by clicking on the up arrow of the menu.

User : Clicked on the up and down arrows in the quantity column and changed the quantity.
