When the government uses intenet, websites,

information technology in its governance
duties, it is called e-governance. Companies
have to comply with Government requirements
through websites, therefore it is called E-
governnance of company law

company tries to file documents using internet
CFCs will be opened in each city – managed
by professionals like CA / CS – so that
required documents are properly uploaded

 WHAT IS SRN?

Each transaction has an SRN – service request

number – which identifies each transaction.

 What is DSC

Digital signature certificate (DSC) is proided to

MCA (Ministry of corporate affairs)
employees, professionals (CA / CS), bank
executives etc. To enable them to upload
documents duly signed.

 What is CIN

Corporate identification number (CIN) is

provided to every company – which identifies
each company

 What is DIN ?

DIRECTOR IDENTITY NUMBER (DIN) is

provided to each director and thus each
director is identified on the basis of DIN. For
obtaining all the existing directors have to
apply using DIN1 form.
