A. INTRODUCTION
Language is the sole responsible for us people to communicate and
be organize and well developed. In our modern days it is necessary that
you know how to speak English. We Filipinos are lucky enough that we are
one of the country in Asia who knows how to speak in English. Studying
in an ISO University, University of Mindanao is just a bonus for us student,
practically speaking its not necessary, though in board committees it is a
success which has been aiming for how many years. To end this phrase
we, student of University of Mindanao must improve our English
communication skill. Its not a protocol but it is essential, soon Ill be on
working on my chosen industry it will be easy for me to speak and raise
my ideas on particular topic.

B. PRESENTATION OF DATA
B.1 NEW DYNAMIC ENGLISH
In new dynamic English it shows there an issues arises, and known
people who has a big influenced in the country and history. Through this,
it gives me a lot of knowledge about what did this influential people
transformed there country such as George Washington where one of the
States has been named after him. I as a Catholic, part of our religion
before is the life of Mother Theresa, where I honestly say that it has been
forgotten for me since I had a lot of things to do, which is not related in
religion topic, through this it has been refreshed on my mind what Mother
Theresa is, how she contribute to the life of Chistianity. One of the
wonders of the world are also appear on Dynamic English, like The Great
wall of China where I personally amazed by this one of the kind wonders.
Telephone conversation are presented here on this module, though it has
been common specially on industry, it is necessary that this way of
communication must be present on this module because though it is

common practice but a lot of people is not aware or practice on handling

phone etiquette.
B.2 FUNCTION IN BUSINESS
On this module I had a lot of learning I gain in every topic
presented, it shows there a lot of conversation on how to deal with
different people. On business like on inquiries about a certain business,
like reservation on hotel, requesting to do something confirming a deal
between customer and business and suggestions given by the
customer on how to improve such service. This module shows the
reality in business especially in hospitality industry. It is quiet implied
that on how communication important is, and how those medium of
communication helps lot in processing business alike.
B.III DYNAMIC BUSINESS ENGLISH
This module in my opinion is the slowest paced of all, so many
introductions and presentation. It would sometimes take 10mins for a
presentation to finish and that definitely is not a good thing especially
with the limited amount of time that we were given.
B.IV TEST MOUNTAIN
We were instructed to exclude Test Mountain, so I cant give any
comments pertaining this said topic

C. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION
The courseware really helps develop our English proficiency. Through
this I gained friends on the different colleges, though a lot of them are
in different colleges and there were about to graduate. Some of the
computers are defective and a lot of students are hurrying to use the
good one. I just want to say that I find it hard to use the given floating
schedules since it was the same on my major subject schedule.
