Social & health insurance: Social and health insurance of the Employee will be paid in
accordance with the regulations on insurance.
3.2. Ngha v ca ngi lao ng

Obligations of the Employee


+ Hon thnh cng vic mnh m trch nu trong Hp ng, chp hnh lnh iu hnh sn
xut kinh doanh, bo v ti sn ca Cng ty v s chu trch nhim bi thng nhng ti sn
b h hng do v , bt cn hay cu th hoc b mt cp khi chuyn giao.
+ Fulfill the Job undertaken in this contract, to comply with production and business orders,
protect the properties of the Company and shall compensate for damage or loss properties
incurred by the Company due to carelessness, negligence or stolen.
+ Nghim tc tun th v tn trng thi hn v cc cam kt trong hp ng. Bi thng cho
Cng ty cc chi ph o to v/hoc cc cam kt trch nhim bng tin nu trong Hp ng
ny hoc trong quy nh ca Cng ty trong trng hp chm dt hp ng lao ng trc
thi hn m khng c s ng ca lnh o Cng ty.
+ Strictly follow and respect the term of and commiment in the Labor contract. Compensate
to the Company all training espenses and/or monetary commitment mentioned in the Labor
contract and/or in labor regulations of the Company in the case the Employee intentionally
terminate the Labor contracr without approval of the director of the Company.

+ Strictly follow the instruction of management level, rules and regulations in the Company

4.1. Ngha v ca Ngi s dng lao ng
Obligations of the Employer
+ m bo vic lm v thc hin y cc iu cam kt trong hp ng
+ Ensure the work and completely fulfill all the commitment in the Contract.
+ Thanh ton y , ng thi hn cc ch v quyn li cho ngi lao ng theo Hp
ng.
+ Duly and in time settle all the rights and obligations to the Employee in accordance
with the Contract.
4.2. Quyn hn ca ngi s dng lao ng

Rights of the Employer


+ C quyn nh ch hoc p dng hnh thc k lut theo Lut lao ng v Ni quy lao
ng hoc chm dt Hp ng i vi Ngi lao ng vi phm ni quy, quy nh ca Cng
ty hoc khng p ng cc yu cu v sc khe cng nh chuyn mn.
+ Has the right to suspend or apply disciplinary measures according to labor law and
regulations or terminate the contract of the Empolyees who has violated the regulations, rule
of the Company or the health and ability could not meet the requirement of work..
+ Ngi s dng lao ng c quyn iu chuyn Ngi lao ng sang ni lm vic khc
m Ngi s dng lao ng iu hnh hoc lm ch theo quy nh ca php lut.
+ Employer reserves the right to transfer the Employee to other property which is owned or
managed by the Employer in accordance to the law and regulations.
