FOREX SETTLEMENT PROCEDURE:

Please create settlement form (FTR) in MYWIPRO and once it is approved


by your TM/Supervisor you can meet forex team at your respective location

For employees who are recruited at Onsite MyWipro>Travel Request>GTR Settlement.

FTR has to be settled within 15 days from the date of return to India

FTR Settlement (Settlement through MyWipro)


1. Employee has to fill up the Excel sheet with the annexure and get the printouts
with the bills. All the bills has to be pasted on an A4 sheet date wise for easy
and faster vouching at the time of settlement.
2. Employees should contact the Forex team for settlement only after their TM
approves in MyWipro as the process cannot be completed in SAP without
approval. In case of countries like UK and Netherlands for work permit Visas
employee has to submit the Visa copies to OOC and get the clearance before
going for Forex settlement. In case of Ireland and Belgium employees has to
submit the copies to OOC irrespective of type of Visas and get the clearance.
3. Passport copy first page/Last page and Entry/Exit date stamping pages to be
enclosed. Original passport will be verified in case if the copies are not legible.
4. Short term L1/H1 employees should attach the onsite pay slips received by
them from payroll during forex settlement. They cannot change the option once
they return to offshore with bills to without bills or vice versa.
5. For Long Term assignment (other than USA, Canada) Pay slips wherever
required / requested by forex team to be given.
6. Long term employees (other than US/Canada) who have raised their onsite
reimbursement claims should submit the claim and the vouchers at onsite itself
and only enroute expenses shall be processed during forex settlement. As an
exception, if the employee had not submitted the claim at onsite then they can do
so during forex settlement only after the ONSITE REIMBURSEMENTS mail
confirmation for not claiming the amount.
7. Long term employees (other than US/Canada) settlements will take more time as
one has to verify the salary,reimbursements,advances etc.Hence, employees are

requested to contact the forex team for a convenient time slot and close it at the
earliest without waiting for the 15 days period.
8. In case of Short term settlements employee should declare the TOTAL
ADVANCES taken by them (Cash/AXIS BANK Card/HDFC card/Travelers
cheques)

9. AXIS BANK Card/HDFC latest statement to be attached if the balance to be


surrendered from the Card.

11. All Cross Currency Should be converted into Common currency of Advance
taken and settled accordingly
12. Enroute Rupee expenses incurred during the trip should be claimed through a
separate offshore cash claim in the MyWipro.
13. Refunds of the balance amount payable to the company can also be paid
through wire transfer or by way of giving onsite cheque.With respect to wire
transfer employees can get the bank details from settlement team.
14.Once FTR/BTR is closed any expenses related to that trip will not be reimbursed.
