Experts say younger kids need more sleep than older kids. Kids aged 6 to 10 years old need 10 to 11
hours. Older kids need 8.5 to 9.5 hours. However, a survey by an organization in the U.S. showed that kids
arent getting enough sleep. This is because kids use gadgets before bedtime.
