Gadgets use a blue light that lowers a chemical in the body that helps us sleep. Kids dont feel sleepy if they
use gadgets before bedtime. However, getting the right amount of sleep is important. It affects health, mood, and
behavior. Kids need a good nights sleep to do well in school.

The organization suggested ways to avoid this problem. First, kids should go to sleep at the same time
every night. Second, kids should not use gadgets before bedtime. Finally, make sure that the room is dark and
not too hot or cold. By doing these, kids will sleep better and longer.
