Some people think that exercising at night will cause sleep troubles. They believe that this will result
to difficulty in sleeping. Some sleep experts dont advise this as well.

did a survey about bedtime routines. It showed that people who exercised at night slept well. They had the

people who exercised in the morning were the ones who slept best.
