ASCO 8316 solenoid pilot-operated diaphragm valves are suitable for a wide varie
ty of high flow applications. For pipe sizes from 3/8" to 1" NPT, with pressure
ranges from 10 PSI to 250 PSI. Available in normally open or normally closed.
Can be internally piloted, or externally piloted to convert valve to zero minimu
m operation by flipping a gasket. When internally piloted, loss of electric powe
r returns the valve to its original position. When externally piloted, loss of e
lectric power or auxiliary air exhausts air from the actuator, and shifts proces
s valve to its original position.
Also available with low power (Next Generation valves) or intrinsically safe sol
enoids.
