Technical features
Wardrobe modular system consisting of front panels made of honeycomb panels. The wardrobes can be fitted with internal accessories,
LED lamps, elements for bridge compositions, specific tall units for corner compositions and terminal tall units with depth change.
St Germain can be proposed in 4 different versions:
1. wardrobe with hinged doors

2. wardrobe with sliding doors
3. wardrobe with coplanar sliding doors
4. walk-in closet
WARDROBE
Dimensions - Hinged door > h. 2322, 2610, 2898 mm / module W. 425, 575, 875, 1175 mm / Total depth: 600 mm.
- Sliding door > h. 2322, 2610 mm / module W. 875, 1175, 1775 mm / Total depth: 605, 642 mm.
- Coplanar sliding door > h. 2322, 2610 mm / module W. 875, 1175 mm (only pre-configured compositions)
Total depth: 605 mm.
Structure: completely made of wood particle boards with very low formaldehyde emission, class E1, 25 mm. thick with external finish
in melamine.
Shelves: 35 mm. thick. Distance of shelves drilling holes on side panels: 96 mm.
Terminal side panels: finished on external visible side and frontal edge (please note that the finished side panels are lacquered in polished
white when used with doors in white Policoat). Plinth and upper fixed front profile in black colour.
The sliding mechanism of sliding and coplanar sliding doors is covered, in the upper part, with black metal.
Finish: white melamine - thermo-treated larch-wood melamine.
Front panels: the matt lacquered, wood and polyester finishes are made of 25 mm. honeycomb board panels with structure in solid wood
+ honeycomb. Policoat finish made of wood particle boards with very low formaldehyde emission, plated with polished metachrylate plate
(Policoat): the total door thickness is 22 mm. Hinges have three settings and a device for a controller closure.
Finishes: 1) Policoat - 2) Matt lacquer - 3) Wood - 4) Polyester.
Accessories - DRAWER UNITS: structure made of 12 mm. black wood particle panels; front panels made of 18 mm. wood particle panels,
treated with high quality resin. Carcass made of melamine-coated wood particle boards with very low formaldehyde emission, class E1,
35 mm. thick. Edges in ABS in same colour. Totally extractable drawer glides with integrated soft closure device. Handle, positioned on
whole frontal width, is made of extruded aluminium profile, varnished in matt black.
TROUSER-HOLDERS: Frame in wood, white matt lacquered (for wardrobe structures in white melamine) or black matt lacquered (for
wardrobe structures in melamine thermo-treated larch-wood).
Rods in black PVC, covered with anti-slip transparent varnish. Totally extractable glides with integrated soft closure device.
CLOTHES RODS: in black anodised aluminium, moulded supports in matt black nylon.
PULL-OUT SHELVES FOR SHIRTS AND TRAYS: frame in wood, matt white lacquered (with structures in white melamine) or matt black (with
structures in thermo-treated larch melamine-coated wood), with 35 mm. thick shelf in melamine-coated finish and sides in black metal.
Totally extractable glides with integrated soft closure device.
PULL-DOWN HANGING RAIL: in metal, matt black varnished, with matt black plastic elements.
Finish: white melamine - thermo-treated larch-wood melamine (black for internal part of drawers and different details)
Lighting - LED lamps, 2,88 W, W. 242 mm, white frame, voltage 24 V. They are supplied with presence sensor with relative automatic
switch. Light colour temperature: 3200 Kelvin.
WALK-IN CLOSET
Dimensions - H.: 2322, 2610, 2898 mm / module W.: 541, 841 mm / Total depth: 530 mm.
Structure - UPRIGHTS: in aluminium profile, matt black varnished, with rack (32 mm. distance) for accessories fastening. BACK PANELS:
made of 18 mm. wood particle panels, melamine or matt lacquered finishes.
SHELVES: made of 35 mm. honeycomb board. The shelves have sides in matt black metal (h. side: 60 mm, upper extended part: 25 mm).
BASEMENTS: made of wood particle panels, with low formaldehyde content. The basement is fitted with adjustable feet and plinth in
aluminium, varnished in matt black.
Finishes: white melamine - thermo-treated larch-wood melamine - matt lacquered with elements in metal/matt black aluminium.
Accessories - DRAWER UNITS: structure made of 12 mm. black wood particle panels; front panels made of 18 mm. wood particle panels
In melamine or matt lacquered. Upper panel made of melamine-coated wood particle boards with very low formaldehyde emission, class

The fixed structural shelf could be moved during the assembly thanks to additional sleeves supplied with. The sleeves not used and mounted in standard
position are, in this case, visible. Upon request the structural shelf could be provided in a position different from the standard one.
When vertical dividers are used the position of the structural shelf depends on the divider height itself and has the function of upper covering for the
dividers themselves.

Technical features
Modular wardrobe system, with high technology hidden within the system itself. Main and innovative feature is the absence of
internal vertical structural elements: its free from any space limitation as middle panels of traditional wardrobes.
Solferino can be used in wall version, is a very flexible and absolutely adaptable system.
This wardrobe has an hidden structure in metal and aluminium, melamine internal panels and front panels in honeycomb board
wood.
Optionally you can have:
- side panels or fillers in honeycomb board wood
- upper covering panel in finish
- internal drawer units in melamine and aluminium
- shelves in melamine
- pull-out trouser-holders in melamine and aluminium
- clothes rods in aluminium.
Any possible composition of modules with different heights should be ordered as combinations of single compositions: each
composition with same height has always 2 terminal modules, the right and the left one.
Each wardrobe module can be proposed in following version: without lighting, with upper LED lighting, with upper and lower
LED lighting.
- Available heights: 1586, 1936, 2286, 2636 mm (+ 14 mm when the optional upper covering panel is used).
- terminal module widths: 468, 543*, 618, 693*, 918, 1218 mm - *The 543 (= 525+18 mm) and 693 mm (= 675+18 mm) terminal modules can offer very flexible and custom composition widths. Please note that, in purely aesthetic terms, the front panels
of these modules (543 or 693 mm) are wider than the standard ones (450 or 600 mm) and that the internal fittings for these
consist of accessories for 450-600 or multiple modules: so the distance between the accessory and the side panel is 75 mm.
(see page 2.5).

Supporting metal structure - Made of metal varnished in matt black. Vertical racks, with cut outs each 35 mm., for hanging
and fixing of internal accessories.
Connection bars - Made of black anodised extruded aluminium profile. They are used as structural element for modules
assembly, door hinges fitting seat and seat for fixing any LED lamps included in single module.
Internal back panels - Made of 18 mm. wood particle panels, very low formaldehyde content (European Regulation Class
EPF-S compliant), treated with high quality resin. Edges in ABS, in same colour.
Finishes: 1) white - 2) thermo-treated larch-wood.
Accessories - DRAWER UNITS: Made of 16 and 10 mm. wood particle panels, very low formaldehyde content (European
Regulation Class EPF-S compliant), treated with high quality resin. Edges in ABS, in same colour. Front panels in aluminium,
matt black varnished, equipped with handle. Drawer glides are totally extractable, with integrated soft closure device.
TROUSER-HOLDERS: structure made of 16 and 10 mm. wood particle panels, very low formaldehyde content (European Regulation Class EPF-S compliant), treated with high quality resin. Edges in ABS, in same colour. Runners are totally extractable, with
integrated soft closure device. Bars for trouser in black anodised aluminium.
CLOTHES RODS: in black anodised aluminium. SHELVES: Made of 10 mm. wood particle black panels, very low formaldehyde
content (European Regulation Class EPF-S compliant), treated with high quality resin. Edges in ABS, in same colour.
Finish: black.
Front and side panels - In honeycomb board wood, 25/26 mm. thick: structure in solid wood + honeycomb. The doors have
an inside adjustable anti-warping rod and exclusive black galvanized hinges, with 3 settings. the hinges are fixed on aluminium
upper and lower connection bars. 98 opening.
Finishes: 1) Silcover - 2) Mat Plus - 3) Wood - 4) Wood Selection - 5) Polyester.
Hinges - The front doors have exclusive black galvanized hinges, with 3 settings and soft closure device. They are fixed on
aluminium upper and lower connection bars. 98 opening.
Upper covering panel - Made of 14 mm. MDF wood particle panels. When it is used please consider that the wardrobe is
14 mm. higher.
Finishes: 1) Silcover - 2) Mat Plus - 3) Wood - 4) Wood Selection - 5) Polyester.
Lighting - The modules with lighting are equipped with LED bars, low voltage (12 V), wide as the same module. These bars
are to be fixed on the specific housing on connection bars (lower or upper) of modules. They are supplied with transformer
(100240 V / 5060 Hz) and presence sensor, with relative automatic switch.
Light colour temperature: 3200 Kelvin.

Technical features
The door (hinged and folding doors) and wall partition system is composed of bearing structures with ceiling-mounted telescopic rail, wall-mounted
jambs and corner jointing element.
The doors and fixed partition walls are available in 2 different versions:
Frame + glass: frame made of extruded profiles In anodised aluminium, brushed stainless steel finish with 6 mm. float glass, coated with safety
membrane.
Finished door: 55 mm. thick honeycomb board wood in following finishes 1) pre-treated rough door to be varnished , 2) Silcover, 3) Mat Plus, 4)
Wood, 5) Polyester.
Rails, jambs and jointing elements in anodised aluminium extruded profiles, brushed stainless steel finish.
Supplied hardware: sliding carriages with silent bearings; rotating plates in 5 mm. brushed stainless steel profile; fixing and adjustment elements
for fixed partition walls in stainless steel and grey nylon.
Door handles in anodised aluminium profile, brushed stainless steel finish.

Design criteria
To install:
- measure the ceiling height at all points, considering the smallest taken measure (Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5, Y6, Y7, Y8, Y9).
- measure the unit width at all points, considering the smallest taken measure (X1, X2, X3, X4).
- ensure that ceiling can carry weight of sliding door (max. 60 kg. each).
The ceiling and false ceiling have to be levelled for accurate installation and functioning of sliding doors.
The fixed partition walls are self-bearing and height-adjustable, supporting the line on floor and ceiling.

Technical features
The boiserie system consists of a bearing structure with wall-fixed uprights and panels in different finishes, applied on the same uprights.
The system is fitted with accessories, hanged with brackets.
Structural uprights - Made of extruded aluminium profiles, naturally anodised finish. Height-and depth-adjustable thanks to feet
and elements to compensate possible wall unevenness. Black dust protection brush.
Covering panels and terminal fillers - Made of wood particle panels, 19 or 20 mm. thick, with low formaldehyde content E1
class, available in: Silcover, Mat Plus, Wood and polyester.
Supplied hardware - Feet and depth-adjustable elements in anti-oxidation treated moulded zamak. Brackets for carcasses and
shelves made of sheet and tubular steel painted with black epoxy dusts.
Units - 3 available versions: 1) finished suspended units Wood with drawers or open-faced. Available with frontal panels in transparent
glass. 2) Melamine suspended units with aluminium drawers. 3) melamine units arranged for installation on feet, castors or brackets.
All drawers are fitted with totally extractable glides and controlled closure device.
Accessories - BASEMENTS: Made of wood particle panels, 15 or 16 mm. thick, with low formaldehyde content E1 class, available
in Wood. CLOTHES RODS: in extruded anodised aluminium profile, natural or black finish. FEET or CASTORS: stainless steel feet or
castors kit (for drawer units).

Frame in black anodised aluminium profile.
Surfaces in 6 mm thick tempered glass, available in 4 versions.
Upper sliding carriages (only on sliding doors, 1 pair each single door). Total load-bearing capacity: 240 kg per pair.
Black anodised aluminium handle (height 250 mm, provided only on doors WITH HANDLES).
On sliding doors, guide pins to be fixed on the floor are provided.
Kit for controlled movement of sliding doors (optional, to be ordered separately).

Technical details
Shelving system for the living room or bedroom, equipped with structural uprights in anodised aluminium, with shelves and units in Decomat bilaminate. The uprights can be used as low voltage conductors to supply LED bars, which can be added to lower supporting rods of the shelves or
units this system allows for electrical power supply without the use of visible cables between the shelves.
Uprights
Made of anodised aluminium profile, matt black varnished, with internal rack (32 mm. distance) for shelves, units, or clothes rods. Each upright is
equipped with adjustable lower foot and adjustable upper fixing device (upper device is found only on uprights for ceiling installation). Lower foot
fitted with anti-slip supports.
The uprights may be installed using three different methods: 1) FLOOR / CEILING installation (island use) 2) FLOOR / CEILING / WALL installation
3) WALL / FLOOR installation.
The uprights, when LED lighting is included on shelves or units, work as conductors of low voltage electrical current this allows for the installation
of the Brompton system without cables to connect the various lights.
Accessories and auxiliary equipment are available for wall installation, in order to solve any situation that may arise from the project.
Shelves
Shelf made of MDF medium density agglomerated chips, 10 mm thickness, covered with Decomat bi-laminate with polypropylene laser edge. 45
folding technique edge. Each shelf is equipped with 2-front lip. Lower supporting rod in aluminium.
Units
Units made of MDF medium density agglomerated chips (the structure is 19 mm. thick, the drawer and the front panel are 10 mm. thick), covered
with Decomat bi-laminate with polypropylene laser edge. Side, upper and lower panels are assembled using the 45 folding technique. Internal
drawers (structure and front panel) made of MDF medium density agglomerated chips, 10 mm. thick, covered with Decomat bi-laminate with
polypropylene laser edge. Totally extractable glides capacity 40 kg. with soft closure device. APRILE 2 handle, black matt.
