TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF
During university I studied Civil Engineering where I developed the attributes of patience, persistence, and
perseverance. Fresh from passing the board exam, I became part of a small construction company named
Ever Rich, and there I developed important skills such as independently working with different
subcontractors in a fast paced environment. Ive continued sharpening these skills up to this day at my
present company Synergy Construction. My biggest strength is the ability to adapt to different environments
while staying optimistic about it. By this I mean properly coordinating with other trades to ensure a smooth
flow of the project. My second strength is the ability to be creative and hit targets before deadlines. I
enjoyed working under pressure and learning new things in working towards measurable goals. During
these experiences, Ive always achieved my targets and completed tasks given to me by my superior. This
is something Im very proud of which demonstrates my commitment to service, and this is why I feel, with
this experience combined with my educational achievements, make me a very good fit for the position, and
Im really excited to be a member of your team.

WAR : Weakness, Action, Result
For the past few months I find difficulty in completing multiple tasks when assigned all at once including
progress reports and project management. Im really passionate about what I do, and I believe that I got the
extra mile to help improve the profession. However, the problem I have is that I always wanted everything
done ASAP, and as a result, I end up being confused and stressed out. The steps Ive taken to address this
is first declutter then reorganize the work space. By arranging the tasks in order of priority, I am able to
focus in getting the job done one at a time and thus become a more productive person.

Last year, while still being a rookie in my present company, my open-mindedness & curiosity has allowed
me to learn much from my colleagues. The opportunity was a result of me being able to adapt in many
different situations. By gaining experience on site combined with my language skills, I was able to convey
my ideas through both oral and written forms. Without the ability to communicate effectively in the field, it is
unlikely that we would have a smooth-flowing construction project. This is why I believe, with my
experience in the professional field and my ability to speak English, are the reasons why you should hire
