CONCLUSION:

The following conclusions are drawn based on the analysis of various labor
welfare and social security measures provided to the employees of Surya
foods.

Majority of employees are satisfied with welfare measures. They should


take necessary steps to solve problems in those measures; So that the
Employee can do his job more effectively. The company can concentrate
on the other Non-statutory measures to boost the Employee morale.

Majority of the employees felt that the working Environment is Better,


Hence the management should take necessary conditions and make the
Organization to improve the working environment so that the employees
should feel that this organization is the better place to work.

The Majority of the Employees felt that they are satisfied with the Bonus
and the Gratuity given by the management and some of the employees
are not fully satisfied. So the organization should take necessary steps so
the gratuity and the Bonus should be given in time so that it increase
their motivation .

The other Welfare activities like canteen and Medical claim and also the
Rest rooms, Washing facilities, Uniform and other sanitary conditions are
good in the organization and the central aim of the personal department
is to keep its employees satisfied with welfare measures and healthy

working atmosphere.

CONCLUSION
The following conclusion are drawn based on the analysis of various labor welfare
and social security measures provided to the employees of Surya foods.
The study on the employee welfare measures is taken up with an objective to
know the welfare measures and their importance for an organization. The study
further aimed to know the welfare measures adopted by Surya foods and the
opinion of the employees towards such measures.
It was found from the study that sound welfare measures are essential for the
satisfaction of the employee and motivating him/her to work. Almost all the
employees are satisfied working with Surya foods and they opinion that the
welfare measures are satisfactory. Another good finding is that the management
is prompt in responding to the problems of its employees.
However, there is a need for the improvement of the measures still a lot to
increase or boost the productivity. Hence, it is suggested to the management to
put more concern towards the welfare measures and take regular surveys of the
employee opinions.

On the whole it can be concluded that employee welfare is very important for

both employees & organization because a satisfied & motivated employee can
create miracles for the company.

CONCLUSION:
The following conclusion is drawn based on the analysis of various labor welfare and
social security measures provided to the employees of Surya foods.

Majority of the employees i.e. 80% felt that the working Environment is
Better, Hence the management should take necessary conditions and
make the Organization a better place to work.

The Majority of the Employeesi.e.75% felt that they are satisfied with the
Bonus and the Gratuity given by the management and some of the
employees are not fully satisfied. So the organization should take
necessary steps so the gratuity must be certifiable manner.

Analysis has been done to find out whether there is any relationship
between the Welfare Measures like the Canteen facilities, Drinking Water
facilities, Medical checkup, Transportation with Employee satisfaction
and it was found that there is Relationship between the Employee
measure and Employee satisfaction so the company should take
necessary measures to improve the Welfare activities.

The major welfare activities was ranked good by the Employees but the
company should look after the Medical facilities as most the employees
has given Less ranking for this welfare Measure.

The facilities provided by the Company for the employee Welfare lead to
improve the employer-employee relationship, avoids strikes and lockouts
which in turn increased the productivity by the workers and also reduced

the absenteeism and Labor turnover in the organization.

On the whole it can be concluded that employee welfare is very important


for both employees & organization because a satisfied & motivated
employee can create miracles for the company
