PF 'LIGNOSPERSE' is a highly effective sodium-lignosulphonate thinner which is
applicable in fresh and sea water drilling fluids. PF 'LIGNOSPERSE' acts also as
a protective gel and fluid loss reducing agent, in mud systems.

PF 'LIGNOSPERSE' USES AND RECOMMENDATIONS
PF 'LIGNOSPERSE' is a sodium lignosulphonate thinner and fluid loss reducer
which effectively reduces viscosity and gel strength of fresh and sea water mud
systems, weighted and unweighted polymer/bentonite dispersed systems.
PF 'LIGNOSPERSE' is applicable in mud systems for deep drilling with bottom
hole temperatures exceeding 350F where it stabilises the rheology and controls
the fluids loss. It is compatible with polymers, starches, shale inhibitors, clays etc,
where it acts as protective colloid and emulsifying agent.

PF 'LIGNOSPERSE' is stable at temperatures exceeding 350F and resistant to

electrolytes. In deep drilling PF 'LIGNOSPERSE' can be used in conjunction with
causticized lignite in the ratio of 1:3 where they can maintain acceptable mud
properties.

PF 'LIGNOSPERSE' TREATMENT
PF 'LIGNOSPERSE' is a free flowing powder which should be mixed through the
hopper at a rate of 5-10 min/sack. In non-dispersed system PF 'LIGNOSPERSE'
can be used at 2-5 ppb, where in dispersed systems can be used at higher
concentrations 8-12 ppb. At temperatures more than 300F, it is recommended to
add to the mud system chrome lignite or caustized lignite at ratio of 1:3
lignite/lignosulphonate where the pH should be in the range of 9.5-11 in order to
avoid foaming and degradation.

PF 'LIGNOSPERSE' SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

PF 'LIGNOSPERSE' should always be handled or mixed while wearing a dust
mask and protective gloves. Clean with excess water in case of skin contact.

PF 'LIGNOSPERSE' PACKAGING
PF LIGNOSPERSE' is packaged in 25 kg net 5 ply bags with P/E liner.
PF 'LIGNOSPERSE' can be shipped loose in containers or in shrink wrapped
pallets or jungle boxed.
